The Suns renewed Mikael Bridges' four-year, 90 million-year contract in advance

According to ESPN reporter Woj, the Suns have agreed with striker Mikal Bridges that the two sides will complete an early contract extension for $90 million over four years.

Bridges, 25, the No. 10 rookie in the first round of 2018, is one of the league's best 3D players, averaging 13.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game last season, all career-highs, in addition to averaging 1.1 steals and 0.9 blocks per game, shooting 42.5 percent from three-point range. With his help, the Suns reached the Finals for the first time since 1993.

After Bridges' contract renewal issue is resolved, the Sun's focus will return to DeAndre Ayton's early renewal work.
