From October 11 to 12, 2021, our school organized 12 teachers to study in Qingdao Middle School in Shandong Province. Qingdao Middle School carefully arranged campus visits, cultural and governance system sharing, expert lectures, exchanges and interactions and other activities. Two days of study and study, the itinerary is compact and rich in content. When President Wang Zhenggui and Secretary Chen Qiting introduced the preparatory work of the school, they talked about this wall map many times. The wallchart records the birth year of the students currently enrolled in Qingdao Middle School and the ages of these students by 2035 and 2050. There are no too many words, no gorgeous embellishments, simple numbers can impact the heart, highlighting the mission of Qingdao Middle School to run education. Education should be oriented to the future, education should be based on the long-term development of the country, education should be committed to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and education should carry historical responsibility and historical mission. These are not empty words, but creeds that each and every one of us educators needs to keep in mind.

The two-day study tour was short, but it was an unforgettable learning experience. For me, I not only appreciated the advanced educational concepts and enriched my horizons, but also received an excellent education.
