Tian Yan, a professor at the Cultural Law and Human Rights Research Center of Minzu University of China, shared the intellectual property issues in the innovation and development of intangible cultural heritage through solid theoretical research results and detailed case analysis, expounded the path of intellectual property rights to help the innovation and development of intangible cultural heritage, and brought an in-depth lecture on the topic of "Intellectual Property Helping the Innovation and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage", helping the innovative development and protection of intangible cultural heritage in the new era.

Xu Jiashuang, the inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage cloisonne production skills, shared his understanding of integrity and innovation with the title of "Keeping Integrity and Innovating Inheritance of Cloisonne Art", and started from his own profession, through the design concept of actual creation cases, told the path of using diversified design methods to promote the innovative design of cloisonne decoration, and innovated traditional craft works that meet the aesthetic needs of contemporary young people and the international aesthetic needs in the inheritance from the perspective of young inheritors.

Rong Zhihong, deputy general manager of China National Arts and Crafts Group Co., Ltd., with the title of "Cross-border Brand Cooperation to Create Intangible Cultural Heritage and Creative IP", talked about how to connect arts and crafts with the younger generation, and how to make the inheritance of arts and crafts more interesting, and through the actual case - the IP image of "Sister Gongmei" and the design concept of peripheral cultural and creative derivatives such as Yanjing Eight Unique Series of refrigerator magnets, tell the vivid practice of "Gongmei people" in the new era, practice the mission, inherit and innovate, and continue the Chinese culture.
