What is ZARD?
A musical group led by Izumi Sakai. Along with B'z, Ohkuro Moji and DEEN, they have been called the "Generation of Japanese Music Beings," who led the music boom of the 1990s. Izumi Sakai, who was battling cancer, died in a crash in 2007.
