CCR: How do you keep yourself in good shape at work?
Zhang Yuehan: The way I keep my good form is actually to combine work and leisure, I like to play golf, I like Pilates, these are all good hobbies to relax and relax.
CCR: As a public figure, you must pay attention to your makeup when you attend some public occasions, in addition to letting professional makeup artists make up and styling, you also have your own set of makeup skills and preferences, right?
Zhang Yuehan: I'm a super skincare maniac, so I'm sure to massage my face before I put on makeup, do a draining massage, then apply a hydrating mask, and then apply makeup. Every morning I get up and put on a hydrating mask, then brush my teeth and brush the news, and at night I take time to make a whitening mask before going to bed. Zhang Yuehan: My commonly used cosmetics are NARS oil control powder, which is more famous; this big white cake is Tom Ford's cushion cake, and the black lipstick is also Tom Ford's; and Guerlain's green oval lipstick, which has a mirror open inside; this lipstick with red silver edge is Dior's 770; this short fat one is Armani's new 515 crystal jelly; HR this is Helena's hyaluronic acid lip balm.
