Due to work needs, the Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau openly recruited 21 police auxiliary personnel (hereinafter referred to as auxiliary police) from the public. The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, fairness, and merit-based selection, and is organized and implemented in accordance with the procedures of registration, qualification review, physical fitness assessment, written examination, interview, physical examination, political review, and publicity, and is subject to social supervision. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions
There are 21 auxiliary police officers of the Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau. (See Annex 1 for details)
2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Basic conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by laws and regulations, love the cause of public security, and have good conduct;
3. Be at least 18 years old, generally not more than 40 years old;
4. Voluntarily engage in auxiliary police work, have the spirit of loyalty, dedication, hardship and hard work, and obey organizational assignments;
5. Have the physical fitness, work ability, professional qualifications or professional skills required to perform their duties;
6. Have the qualifications required for the position to be hired;
7. Have a fixed residence in Xiangshan;
8. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) Qualifications
1. Civilian auxiliary police: bachelor degree or above, have certain writing skills, and have strong communication and coordination skills.
2. Auxiliary police: college degree or above.
The surviving family members of martyrs, the surviving family members of servicemen, people's police, and auxiliary police who died in the line of duty, the surviving family members of servicemen who died of illness, retired soldiers, righteous and courageous personnel, and rescue personnel who have been transferred from the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, may appropriately relax their academic qualifications to high school (technical secondary school), and may be given priority in admission, but shall obtain the academic qualifications required by the post within the term of the employment contract, and if they are not obtained, the contract will not be renewed after the expiration of the contract.
(3) Circumstances in which applicants are not allowed to apply for the examination
1. Participating in illegal organizations, cults, or engaging in other activities endangering national security;
2. The person, a family member, or a person with primary social connections is serving a prison sentence or is under investigation;
3. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or crime and have not yet been clarified;
4. Fabricating or disseminating information that damages the reputation of the state, opposes the Party's theories, lines, principles, and policies, or violates laws and regulations;
5. Those who have previously received administrative punishments for drug use, gambling, prostitution, intentional harm, picking quarrels and provoking trouble, and other such conduct;
6. Those who have been administratively detained, judicially detained, or taken into custody and education;
7. Where a lawyer's or notary's practice certificate has been revoked;
8. Those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China or the Chinese People's Liberation Army;
9. Being dismissed from public office, dismissed, or terminated from labor relations by a state organ or public institution for violating laws or disciplines;
10. Leaving their jobs without authorization before the contract period for engaging in auxiliary police work has expired;
11. Being lawfully listed as a target of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness;
12. Those with a family history of mental illness;
13. Other situations where it is not suitable to engage in auxiliary policing work.
3. Registration
(1) Registration time: from now until 17:00 on July 12;
(2) Registration method: telephone registration.

4. Qualification review and physical fitness assessment
(1) Qualification review
It mainly examines whether the applicant meets the qualifications. Applicants should arrive at the designated place on time in accordance with the requirements of the notice and bring the following materials:
1. Print the "Application Form for Applying for Police Auxiliary Personnel" (Attachment 2, the format shall not be changed) on the front and back, and fill it in completely.
2. Copies of household registration books of the applicant and family members, original and photocopy of ID card, graduation certificate, driver's license, etc.;
3. Online verification report or electronic academic registration and filing form from China Higher Education Student Information Network (http://www.chsi.com.cn/);
4. Personal credit report of the People's Bank of China;
5. One one-inch bareheaded color photo;
6. Employed persons must provide proof of social security payment and labor contract since employment;
7. Retired soldiers need to provide the original and photocopy of the retired soldier;
Those who fail to pass the qualification review, or submit false information in the materials, which affects the results of the qualification review, will not be allowed to enter the physical fitness assessment.
(2) Physical fitness assessment
Candidates who have passed the qualification examination shall participate in the physical fitness assessment, and the results of the assessment shall be announced on the spot, and if any item of the physical fitness assessment does not meet the standard, it shall be deemed that the physical fitness assessment is not up to standard, and the written test qualification will be cancelled.
The physical fitness assessment items are: vertical jump, 10-meter × 4-round trip, 1000-meter run (women's 800-meter run), and the evaluation standards are shown in Annex 3.
The time, place and related arrangements for the qualification review and physical fitness assessment will be notified separately.
5. Written test
The main content of the written test is current affairs and politics, basic legal knowledge, administrative ability, written expression, professional quality, etc., and the question types are divided into true or false questions, multiple-choice questions, case analysis questions, and essay questions, with an examination time of 100 minutes and a full score of 100 points. The passing score line of the written test shall be uniformly delineated by the Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau.
The written test time will be notified separately after the end of the physical test.
6. Interview
(1) Shortlisted for interview
The shortlisted interviewers will be determined according to the order of the written test results.
(2) Interview arrangement
The interviewer must bring the valid second-generation resident ID card and the interview notice to participate in the interview, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.
(3) Interview scores
The interview score is based on a 100-point system, with a full score of 100 points, rounded to 2 decimal places.
7. The total score of the examination
Total test score = written test score ×40% + interview score ×60%, rounded to 2 decimal places. If the total score of candidates for the same position is the same, the ranking will be determined according to the results of the written test and the results of the men's 1000 meters (women's 800 meters).
8. Physical examination, political review and publicity
(1) Physical examination
Candidates who have passed the total score shall be determined to participate in the physical examination according to the order of the total score and the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited for the position. The medical examination arrangement will be notified separately. The physical examination criteria are shown in Annex 4.
(2) Political review
Conduct political reviews of persons who have passed the physical examination with reference to the requirements of the people's police's political inspections. The content mainly includes political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, realistic performance, compliance with laws and regulations, etc., focusing on verifying whether there are 13 situations in which applicants are not allowed to apply.
(3) Publicity
Those who pass the political review shall be determined to be the personnel to be hired, and shall be publicized for 5 working days. During the publicity period, those who have received complaints and are found to be ineligible for employment will not be hired; For those that are difficult to verify for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire shall be made after the verification and conclusion is made.
If there is a failure in the physical examination or political examination or the abandonment of employment qualifications, they can be replaced in turn. If problems are found during the publicity period and they are not hired, they may be replaced in turn.
9. Employment procedures
(1) If there is no problem with the announcement or the problem does not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled after review. The hired person shall report to the employer within the specified time. If they fail to report within the time limit, their employment qualifications will be cancelled and recorded in their integrity files.
(2) The employee shall be responsible for terminating the labor relationship with the original employer before entering the employment, and if the relevant procedures are not completed on time, his employment qualification shall be cancelled.
(3) Units participating in social insurance outside the country shall handle the transfer of social insurance within the prescribed time, and if they fail to do so in accordance with the regulations, their employment qualifications shall be cancelled.
10. Pre-job training
Newly hired auxiliary police officers are required to participate in the pre-job centralized closed training organized by the recruiting unit, which includes loyalty education, professional development, public security operations, police skills, practical teaching, etc. Through daily performance appraisal, theoretical examination, skill test, practical appraisal and other methods of comprehensive evaluation of the hired personnel, unqualified personnel will be terminated in accordance with the law.
11. Guarantee of treatment
(1) The salary standard shall be determined according to different positions, and the post performance appraisal shall be implemented.
(2) Enjoy welfare benefits such as health examinations, insurance, and bereavement benefits.
12. Other precautions
(1) Applicants should fill in the relevant information truthfully, accurately and completely according to the requirements of the recruitment position, and be responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted.
(2) Applicants must use the second-generation resident ID card or relevant supporting materials within the validity period when registering, physical fitness assessment, written test, interview, and physical examination.
(3) Those who do not participate in the examination, assessment and physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up. Those who violate the discipline of the examination room and do not obey the management of the on-site staff will be disqualified from the examination.
(4) Applicants must keep the contact phone number left at the time of registration unblocked in order to verify the relevant matters, otherwise they will bear the consequences.
(5) The qualification review will run through the whole process of recruitment. If it is found that the applicant does not meet the recruitment conditions in each link, his qualification will be cancelled.
(6) If the applicant has any violation of rules and discipline in any part of the recruitment, once discovered, he will be disqualified from applying for the job, and he shall not apply for the auxiliary police of the Xiangshan County public security organ again.
(7) The total score of this recruitment is valid for 6 months. If there is a vacancy in the position during this period, the candidates can be replaced in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the total score, and they can be hired directly after physical examination, political review and publicity.
(8) In-service auxiliary police officers in the posts of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Organs shall not apply for employment.
(9) The term "family members" in this announcement refers to parents, unmarried siblings, spouses, and children.
(10) For the examinations involved in this recruitment, the county public security bureau does not hold or entrust any institution to hold counseling and training courses, and does not designate any reference books and materials. Any tutorial classes, tutoring websites or publications, reference materials, Internet cards, etc. held in the name of the Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau's Police Auxiliary Personnel Examination Proposition Group and specialized training institutions have nothing to do with this recruitment.
