Cheng Liankai, Yang Suoqiang, director of the Institute of Calligraphy Art of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Li Chengping, president of the Shaanxi Hantang Cultural and Creative Research Institute, Pan Qian, senior art teacher of Xi'an Youth Palace, and Qi Xiaoyan, Wu Yuan, and Zhang Tingting, senior art teachers of Shaanxi Little Swan Art Troupe, served as the judges.
The final works of the "Love the Motherland, Love Hometown - Shaanxi in My Eyes" Children's Calligraphy and Painting Competition bring together more than 80 outstanding calligraphy and painting works selected and sent by cities in Shaanxi Province. The theme elements of these calligraphy and painting works are diverse, the brush stroke technique is relaxed, and there is no lack of amazing imagination and observation, the overall level is very high, and many works have been highly praised and recognized by the judges on the spot.
According to reports, after the expert review, the first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the excellent award will be selected according to the category of works. The selection of excellent works will be used to make New Year greeting cards sent by Shaanxi Province to show the excellent culture of Shaanxi Province and promote the promotion of international friendship. Some of the award-winning works will also be exhibited in other activities of the Shaanxi Friendship Association, and will be directly promoted to participate in the Belt and Road Youth International Art Festival and the 2022 Shaanxi Provincial Children's Silk Road Spring Festival Gala Calligraphy and Painting Chinese Studies Special Event.
