Because the houses along the street in this area were built in the 20th century, the fence style is outdated, and the walls are falling off. To this end, the street has listed it as the first street corner micro-renewal project this year.
The micro-update renovated the 60-meter fence along the street, outsourced the fence with grille aluminum panels to block the messy building façade, and designed cloud-themed paintings, arranging cloud benches on the ground to enrich the function of the fence.
In the process of micro-renovation from outside the wall to inside the wall, the opinions and demands of residents are fully listened to, and the concept of whole-process people's democracy is practiced.
Before the renovation, the street passed the project notice and the notice to the residents, so that the residents fully understand the project effect and construction plan. Since the courtyards of the residents' homes on the first floor have flower windows, in order to ensure the lighting and ventilation of the residents' homes, the street staff and the troika of the residential area have negotiated with the residents many times, adjusted the design plan, and solved the lighting problem by opening strip-shaped lighting holes on the aluminum plates, so as to achieve a win-win situation.
In addition, there are more than 20 drainage pipes that drain directly to the road outside the fence, and the road surface has been slippery for a long time, causing a safety hazard to passers-by.
The renovation will renew and hide all the drainage pipes, and all of them will be connected to the municipal pipes, leaving corresponding maintenance openings, which solves the stubborn problems that plague residents and city appearance management, and gives citizens a clean and safe walking space.
