Recently, the Baoding Municipal People's Procuratorate held a press conference on the theme of "Deepening the Special Action of Procuratorial Protection of Enterprises and Helping to Optimize the Business Environment" in the press conference hall of the municipal government. Tian Wenli, a full-time member of the Inspection Committee of the Municipal Procuratorate, introduced the phased achievements of the procuratorial organs in optimizing the business environment and deepening the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises".
Tian Wenli introduced that the Baoding procuratorate conscientiously implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee on optimizing the business environment and the work requirements of the provincial, municipal and higher-level procuratorial organs, and took the in-depth development of the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises" as the starting point to help optimize the business environment under the rule of law, further deepen the construction of the "ten rule of law sub-environment", and help optimize the "soft environment" for business with the "hard measures" of the procuratorate.
Based on systematic planning and deployment, we should be the "escort" of the law-based business environment; Based on the function of legal supervision, be a good "guardian" of the market environment; Based on innovation-driven development, be a good "service provider" of the innovation and entrepreneurship environment; Based on the integration of the four major procuratorates, perform their duties, and be a good "guarantor" of the law enforcement and judicial environment; Based on improving the temperature of people's livelihood, be a "confidant" of the financial environment.
The city's procuratorial organs will focus on the five aspects of "high-quality and efficient case handling, balanced management, active performance of duties, brand cultivation of enterprises, and creation of ten rule of law sub-environments", refine the 15 key work measures of the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises", respond to the judicial needs of market entities in a legal manner, innovate the procuratorial work mechanism, make further efforts in cultivating and building procuratorial products, and create a new model for Baoding procuratorate to help optimize the business environment under the rule of law.
At the press conference, Nie Hongwei, director of the Fourth Procuratorial Department, and Cheng Engang, director of the Law and Policy Research Office, answered questions raised by media reporters.
