A few days ago, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Higher Education Self-study Examinations in Shandong Province in October 2024".
1. Registration conditions
All citizens of the People's Republic of China who meet the registration requirements for applying for the major can apply for the self-study examination. The registration conditions for the majors that have been opened shall be implemented by the municipal education enrollment examination institutions according to the examination documents. The application object of the public security management (college upgrade) major is limited to the in-service public security cadres and armed police cadres of the public security system in our province, and the application object of the nursing (college upgrade) major is limited to the in-service personnel who have obtained the corresponding health practice qualification and are now engaged in nursing work.
Candidates who apply for graduation from the undergraduate major of the self-study examination must hold a college (or above) academic certificate issued by a higher education institution or a higher education self-study examination institution with academic education qualifications.
2. Majors and examination subjects
In October 2024, our province will open 63 majors for self-study examinations, including 44 undergraduate majors and 19 junior college majors.

After registration, candidates can purchase the textbook version published in the list of course textbooks (Annex 2) through the publisher's online bookstore and Xinhua bookstore, or they can inquire and purchase it on the Shandong Provincial Admissions Examination Book Network (https://www.sdzkbook.com/).
3. Registration and examination time
(1) Registration time. June 18 to 24, 2024 (8:30 to 17:00 daily) Registration for new candidates who register for the first time is from June 18 to 21 (8:30 to 17:00 daily)
(2) Examination time. October 26-27, 2024 (9:00 am to 11:30 am and 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm daily)
IV. Registration Procedures
Candidates log on to the website of Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute (https://www.sdzk.cn) and select "Shandong Province Self-study Examination Online Registration System" in the online registration column to go through the registration procedures. The website of Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute is the only registration website, and other websites and institutions are not allowed to organize candidates to register or register on behalf of candidates in any name. The registration procedures for each type of candidate are as follows:
(1) Candidates who apply for the self-study examination for the first time must go through the registration procedures with a valid resident ID card, and can only complete the registration procedures after three links: online registration, information review, and online registration.
1. Online registration. From June 18 to 21, 2024 (8:30 to 17:00 every day), candidates can log in to the official website of Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute to register, fill in the candidate's personal information, select the major to apply for, and print the registration confirmation form. New candidates applying for the majors of Public Security Management (Bachelor's Degree) and Nursing (Bachelor's Degree) need to submit their industry employment certificate issued by the unit online.
2. Information review. From June 18 to 22, 2024 (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. every day), the county (city, district) education enrollment examination agency is responsible for online information confirmation. When confirming, it is necessary to carefully check whether the candidate's personal information, major, photo, etc. meet the registration requirements and professional restrictions, and confirm that the review is correct, and the system will automatically send a text message to notify the candidate of the audit result.
3. Online registration. Candidates who have passed the examination must log in to the system with the admission ticket number and user password before the registration deadline, select the subjects to be registered, and go through the payment procedures. The standard of registration and examination fee is 45 yuan per subject, and candidates must use WeChat and Alipay to pay online, and print or download the "Registration Confirmation Form" after confirming that the payment is successful, before completing the registration procedures. The deadline for online registration is 17:00 on June 24, 2024.
(2) Candidates who have completed online registration can log in to the system to register with the admission ticket number and user password from June 18 to 24, 2024 (8:30 to 17:00 every day). Select the subject to be taken and pay the registration fee.
(3) Candidates who have an admission ticket number but have not completed the online registration need to register as a system user before going through the registration procedures.
V. Precautions for registration
(1) Information collection.
During the test (from registration to graduation), candidates must use their name and ID number exactly as their ID card, and take care of their personal information and login password. Candidates should go through the registration procedures by themselves, and ensure that the personal information provided is true and valid, and use the mobile phone to collect and upload photos on the spot or upload their recent bareheaded blue background standard ID photos when registering. It is not allowed to be filled in or reported by another person or institution, and if it affects the examination and graduation due to others filling in or reporting on behalf of others, you will be responsible for it.
(2) Change of information.
If the candidate's personal information (such as name, ID number, etc.) really needs to be changed, the candidate can go to the municipal education enrollment examination agency to which the admission ticket number belongs to handle it on-site with the identity certificate issued by the public security organ before registering online, and the municipal education enrollment examination agency will verify and count it, and report it to the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute for modification and confirmation.
(3) Keep the Registration Confirmation Form properly.
The non-registration time system will be closed to the outside world, and the registration and inquiry functions of candidates will not be provided, so candidates must print and properly keep the "Registration Confirmation Form" for future reference.
(4) Apply for examination facilitation.
Candidates with disabilities who need to apply for examination convenience to participate in the self-study examination may submit a written application to the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Agency with relevant certificates within one month after registration, with reference to the "Regulations on the Administration of the National Unified Examination for Persons with Disabilities Participating in the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" (Teaching [2017] No. 4) jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and other links shall be implemented in accordance with the provincial examination regulations.
6. Arrangement of the examination room
After the registration work is completed, the municipal education enrollment examination institutions should summarize the registration data in a timely manner, and do a good job in the setting and arrangement of the examination room. All standardized test centers must be used for the exam, and the arrangement of the test room must be completed by September 5, 2024. 10 days before the exam, candidates can log in to the online registration system for self-study exams on the website of Shandong Provincial Education Admissions and Examination Institute, inquire and print the admission ticket, and take the exam as required.
7. Job requirements
All cities should strengthen the organization and management of the registration of self-study examinations, and earnestly do a good job in registration publicity; Prepare for registration in advance and improve the parameter settings of the registration system; Strengthen the professional training of examination personnel and improve their professional ability; Strengthen service awareness, improve service quality, arrange special personnel on duty during the registration period, review the candidates' registration information in a timely manner, answer the candidates' consultations, properly handle the problems that arise in the registration process, and ensure the smooth implementation of the registration work.
