The second is the confidentiality officer. Before the current round of military reform, soldiers served as the confidential officers of the military affairs departments, managing the files of the soldiers and the official seals of the troops, and the cards of the soldiers who received awards for meritorious service were put into the files. In the troops where the veterans served, the secrecy officers were even more "cattle" than the cadres.
The third is the secretary general. The chief of affairs was either an officer or a soldier and went through several reforms until it became a soldier's post. The secretary is in charge of the food, drink, and lazar of the officers and men, and is in charge of money and goods.
Fourth, reporters. Although unstaffed, the reporters are traditionally retained in the force and, like the public information officers, are the mouthpieces of the troops. Some troops are allowed to participate in the daily shift, of course, "cattle".
Fifth, hygienists. The regimental brigade health team and the grassroots battalion company all have health officers. As a medical worker, whether in the local area or in the army, he is respected by the people and has a high social status.
Sixth, clerical and correspondent officers. Most of the above-mentioned soldier posts, which are more "cattle" than cadres, are held by organ soldiers. Clerks and communicators, on the other hand, work in grass-roots battalions and companies, and are the "close men" of the battalion and company commanders, equivalent to the "organ soldiers" of the battalion and company.
Of course, no matter how "bullish" the post is, the soldiers, like the cadres, are the people's service soldiers, and they are all strict with themselves, but the revolutionary division of labor is different.
