Jaguar is preparing for a future of full electrification, with internal combustion engine models being phased out. Jaguar recently unveiled two new special edition models to bid farewell to the F-Pace.
Jaguar's first special edition model, dubbed the "90th Anniversary Edition", celebrates "ninety years of innovation and the production of internal combustion engines". The car comes with R-Dynamic design elements, diamond-cut alloy wheels and a panoramic glass roof, and the interior is also luxurious, with sports seats, contrast stitching, aluminum trim and an ebony headliner.
The F-Pace 90th Anniversary Edition is available in a variety of models, with a variety of different engines, including four- and six-cylinder diesel engines, as well as a plug-in hybrid model with an all-electric range of up to 64 km.
The other variant, called the F-Pace SVR 575, is powered by a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine that makes 567 hp and 700 Nm of torque. It has 25 horsepower more than the normal version and is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds.
In addition to the upgraded engine, the SVR 575 version gets black trim elements and 22-inch two-tone forged alloy wheels. Inside, aluminium trim, Windsor leather and suede sports seats are also heated and ventilated for ultimate comfort.
While the F-Pace will be discontinued later this year, it has left a deep mark on the history of the Jaguar brand. As Jaguar's first crossover and one of its most successful models, more than 328,000 F-Pace units have been produced since its launch in 2015, which is undoubtedly a testament to its popularity and success.
