3. Recruitment Procedures
This open recruitment is carried out in accordance with the procedures of registration, qualification review, examination, physical examination, assessment, publicity and employment.
(1) Registration.

(2) Qualification review.

(3) Confirmation of the registration result.
After successfully submitting the registration information online, candidates should log in to the registration website in time to check their qualification review results.
1. Those who have passed the qualification examination shall pay the fee online in the registration system, and need to pay the registration fee of 70 yuan (registration fee of 20 yuan, examination fee of 50 yuan).
Payment time: 9:00 a.m. on May 20, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on May 24, 2024. If the payment is not completed before the deadline, it will be deemed to be automatically waived.
2. Applicants for poverty alleviation (enjoying policies) in rural and pastoral areas, monitoring households, urban and rural subsistence families, and fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (including junior colleges, undergraduates, and postgraduates) in 2024 are exempted from paying the application fee, and the application fee will be reduced by half for graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (including junior colleges, undergraduates, and postgraduates) in 2023. (4) The proportion of examinations.
In principle, the ratio of the planned number of recruits to the actual number of applicants should reach 1:2 and above before the examination can be opened.
(5) Examinations.
1. This recruitment is the recruitment of urgently needed professionals, and there is no written test, and the professional test is directly conducted. The professional test is entrusted to a third-party organization to organize and implement it in a unified manner.
2. The professional test is carried out in two stages.
In the first stage, the professional knowledge assessment will be carried out, with a full score of 100 points, and the candidates must reach the qualified score line of 60 points before they can continue to participate in the special assessment of the second stage. In the second stage, the post special assessment will be carried out, with a full score of 100 points, and the post special assessment results will be the professional test results.
3. Applicants who fail to participate in the professional test as required within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. If the professional test involves questions and answers, the candidates are required to answer in the national common language, and if they fail to answer in the prescribed language, the professional test score will be treated as zero.

7. (6) Physical examination.
1. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards of civil servants, and the cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicant.
2. The physical examination time shall be subject to the actual notification of the physical examination time, and the applicant shall be disqualified if he or she does not participate in the physical examination on time without a legitimate reason, fails the physical examination, or falsifies the physical examination results due to fraud in the process of physical examination, and shall be disqualified from employment and replaced in equal amounts.
3. If the applicant has any doubts about the results of the physical examination items that cannot be re-examined on the same day or on the spot, he or she can submit an application for re-examination to the Office of the Leading Group for the Open Recruitment of Cast and Crew in Ulan Muqi, Tuoketuo County, within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. If the Office of the Leading Group for the Open Recruitment of Cast and Crew in Tuoketuo County Ulan Muqi has doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, it shall decide whether to conduct a re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. (7) Assessment.
The assessment shall be jointly organized and implemented by the employer and the competent department. The assessment is carried out in two ways: regular assessment and practical assessment.
1. The regular assessment is in accordance with the standard of both ability and political integrity, and comprehensively understands the political ideology, moral character, law-abiding, realistic performance, personal integrity, authenticity of the qualifications and the need to avoid, etc., and the subject of the assessment shall submit the graduation certificate, file, proof of actual performance, certificate of no criminal record and other relevant materials to the employer as required.
2. The practical assessment is based on the requirements of the position to be hired, and comprehensively understand the ability and quality, work performance, teamwork, communication ability, and professionalism of the subject to be assessed. The practical assessment is conducted at the employer for a period of one month, during which the employer and the competent department provide the necessary living and practical conditions.
The assessment results will finally form a written assessment report, and if the subject abstains or fails to pass the assessment, it will be supplemented in equal amounts according to the results from high to low.
(8) Publicity and employment.
1. The qualified personnel shall be publicized on the Tuoketuo County Government Network (http://www.tuoxian.gov.cn/), and the publicity period shall be 5 working days, during which they will be subject to social supervision. Those who have no objection at the expiration of the publicity period shall be determined as the personnel to be hired.
2. After the end of the publicity, the personnel to be hired should report on time, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the vacant positions will be filled in equal amounts according to the results from high to low.
3. Full-time junior college students, undergraduates, and graduate students of ordinary colleges and universities who have not obtained their graduation certificates by July 31, 2024 shall be disqualified from employment, and the vacant positions will be filled in equal amounts according to their grades from high to low.
4. Employment, management and remuneration
The cast and crew of this open recruitment are non-establishment personnel, the implementation of labor contract management, from the date of employment to sign the contract, the first contract signing period of 5 years (including the probation period), after the expiration of the probation period within the 5-year contract period, need to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
The remuneration and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the standards of regular staff of public institutions, and the corresponding social insurance and housing provident fund shall be paid.
During the employment period, if the employer is unable to complete his or her own work due to work ability, work attitude and other reasons or violates the relevant provisions of the contract, the unit has the right to terminate the employment contract and dismiss him/her.
5. Discipline and supervision
