Before the start of the party, the sorority held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly purchased clubhouse. Subsequently, under the witness of Xing Yulin, the new chairman and the outgoing chairman held a seal handover ceremony, and the new staff held an oath-taking ceremony.
Cao Zhupeng, the outgoing chairman of the association, said in his speech that in the past 13 years, with the joint efforts of the villagers, the association has gradually grown from scratch, and has made certain achievements in serving the community.
Cao Yijing, the new chairman of the association, said in his speech that thanks to the trust and love of the villagers, as the third chairman of the association, he feels that he has a long way to go, and will uphold the founding purpose, never forget the original intention, enthusiastic dedication, and make new contributions to supporting the economic construction of his hometown and promoting the sustainable development of the conference work. At the same time, it is hoped that the Cao Zhu villagers in the United States will work together to promote the development of Sino-US non-governmental relations, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the villagers, and work together for the sustainable development of the Cao Zhu Friendship Association.
In his speech, Xing Yulin congratulated the 13th anniversary party of the establishment of the association and the 3rd staff inauguration ceremony. She expressed the hope that with the joint efforts of everyone, the association will make persistent efforts, continue to serve the vast number of overseas Chinese, and make positive contributions to the stability and development of Sino-US nongovernmental relations.
At the party, a number of guests came to the stage to deliver speeches or present certificates to congratulate the event on its complete success. Cao Danling, Cao Xiangyu, Cao Xiangyin, and Cao Qiang, the principal members of the association, read out congratulatory letters sent by relevant Chinese overseas Chinese affairs departments and other units and organizations.
