Focusing on the construction of the onshore wind power belt in the Luxi Plain, we will accelerate the implementation of the first batch of centralized wind power projects in six cities, including Heze and Liaocheng, and start the development and construction of the second batch of projects in a timely manner. Implement the principle of "replacing the small with the big and replacing the old with the new", promote the transformation and upgrading of onshore wind power in an orderly manner, and improve the resource utilization efficiency and power generation level of existing wind farms. In 2024, the installed capacity of wind power will reach about 27 million kilowatts, and in 2025, it will reach 30 million kilowatts.
