It is reported that the Bund Old City Government project was officially launched in early 2015; On October 9, 2019, the renovation of the old building started; In April 2023, the building will be enclosed for a hundred years, and the construction of the project will be completed in May this year, entering the stage of investment promotion. The main buildings of the project include enclosed buildings along the street, courtyard red buildings, courtyard multi-functional buildings, underground spaces, etc., providing about 300 parking spaces, forming a complex business layout of 70% office, 20% culture and 10% commerce.

After the comprehensive renovation, what public spaces are open to the public? It is reported that in the future, citizens and tourists will be able to freely enter and exit the courtyard square, roof terrace, commercial and cultural formats and other spaces of the "Bund Old City House" to feel the unique atmosphere surrounded by historical buildings. Among them, a public terrace built by the "Bund Old City Hall" on the top floor of the enclosed area retains a section of brick wall left by the buildings before the renewal, and in the future, citizens and tourists can take the elevator directly to the terrace to visit.
