After the successful landing of Chang'e-6, the excavation was completed in 48 hours
That's right, after Chang'e-6 successfully landed on the far side of the moon, it will quickly enter the stage of lunar sampling, and the time is still very short.
This time may surprise many people, that is, the "48 hours" will end sampling, and the excavation will end, which is a bit fast, and it is indeed relatively fast.
So how is it done? After the landing of Chang'e-6, the landing ascent assembly will use two sampling methods: drilling and surface sampling to complete the sampling and encapsulation of lunar soil. Surface extraction is the use of a "shovel" similar to a human hand to collect lunar soil, and drilling can go deep into the interior of the moon to drill lunar soil cores.
