In order to further improve the ability of the four divisions to serve the disabled, and effectively solve the problems of difficulty in traveling and applying for permits for disabled people with reduced mobility. On the occasion of the 34th National Day for the Disabled, the Fourth Division Disabled Persons' Federation invited experienced assessment experts from the Fourth Division General Hospital to go to 11 regiments of the Fourth Division to provide free door-to-door assessment services for 27 bedridden and disabled people with limited mobility, opening up the "last mile" of services for the disabled.

During the evaluation process, the hospital experts evaluated the applicant in strict accordance with the evaluation standards by asking about past medical history, reviewing medical records, checking diagnosis and treatment, etc., and gave suggestions and guidance on daily rehabilitation training and nursing. After the assessment is completed, the staff of the grassroots Disabled Persons' Federation will "send the certificate to the door", so as to truly realize the "zero distance" of the disability assessment and certification.
