Moutai, Xijiu, Zhenjiu, Guotai, Guizhou Alcohol, Qingjiu, Yunjiu, Diaoyutai, Yelanggu, Guoguo Gujiang, Qianjiu, Muchi, Laohui and other high-quality liquor in Guizhou set up booths at the promotion site to promote products and brand culture.
At the promotion meeting, Linghu Shaohui, deputy director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, introduced Guizhou's foreign economic and trade cooperation and Guizhou's resource endowment.
Guizhou has an excellent ecological environment and a unique environment and climate in the Chishui River Valley, which has been awarded the title of the world's core production area of sauce-flavored liquor, providing a microbial environment and quality guarantee for the brewing of sauce-flavored liquor.
Chen Qiang, deputy general manager of Guizhou Xijiu Co., Ltd., introduced the culture, representative brands, brewing process and raw materials of Guizhou sauce-flavored liquor to the guests, and shared the development history, brand value and international market situation of Xijiu.
He Tao, deputy secretary-general of the Market Special Committee of China Liquor Industry Circulation Association, introduced the characteristics and quality of sauce-flavored liquor to the guests from the three steps of seeing, smelling and tasting, as well as observing the color, purity and hanging cup degree of the liquor.
Japanese bartender Ichikawa Kuan combines Guizhou soy sauce liquor with Okinawa brown sugar, matcha, yuzu and other local Japanese specialties to create soy sauce cocktails, vividly interpreting the mellow quality of Guizhou liquor and the innovative fusion of Japanese products.
According to reports, the "2024 Qianjiu Global Tour" has successfully completed the tasting and promotion meetings in Singapore and Japan, and will continue to hold activities in South Korea, Hong Kong, China and other countries and regions to promote Guizhou's production areas, sauce flavor technology, and Qianjiu culture to the international stage.
