Since the beginning of this year, the Government Affairs (Convenience) Service Center of Yanghe Town, Wushan County, has adhered to the guidance of the needs and expectations of the masses, empowered grassroots governance with digital, continuously innovated service concepts, optimized service models, consolidated service capabilities, created an efficient, convenient and transparent government service environment, and taken multiple measures to continuously promote the construction of digital government to improve quality and efficiency.
Strengthen publicity and guidance, and improve service quality. Actively promote the download and use of the "Gan Kuaiban" APP and the Gansu government service platform, and widely publicize it through the distribution of leaflets, bulletin board announcements, and WeChat groups in the village, so as to expand the awareness and usage rate of the masses.
Optimize the process and improve service efficiency. Actively launch the "only one door" model, unify and standardize all kinds of handling matters, form a guide for handling town and village government service matters, and associate electronic licenses, so that applicants can easily grasp the handling process. At the same time, convenient service stations have been set up in each village to realize village-level assistance and agency services, so that the masses can run fewer errands and comprehensively improve service efficiency.
Based on job responsibilities, pay close attention to business training. Strengthen the study of business policies, laws and regulations of window staff, and improve service capabilities, policy answering capabilities and business handling efficiency; Use the Thursday cadre lecture hall to let business personnel talk about policies and town and village cadres learn policies, so as to comprehensively improve the professionalism and accuracy of town and village cadres.
Refine management measures and enhance service awareness. Establish and improve the system of code of conduct for window staff, strictly implement a window acceptance, one-time notification, time-limited completion and other systems, set up a special area for open government affairs, and window staff guide the masses to apply for matters on the government service terminal and the "Gan Kuai" APP, so that the masses can truly feel the "less running and doing it quickly".
In the past year, Yanghe Town, Wushan County, in accordance with the principle of "receiving everything", has fully claimed government service matters, actively connected with higher-level business departments to standardize the implementation list, compiled 62 town-level matters and 37 village-level matters with high quality, and completed the construction of various indicators, among which the entry rate of matters and the electronic rate of declaration forms have reached 100%. Up to now, the town has accepted and completed 4,458 matters online.
In the next step, Yanghe Town, Wushan County, will continue to work hard, actively explore the construction of all-round, wide-ranging and multi-level digital government, effectively open up the "last mile" of convenient services, and take the digital government as the guide to comprehensively improve the efficiency of grassroots governance and service management, and make every effort to build a "service-oriented" government, so that the masses can enjoy services with precision, temperature, speed and quality.
