All villages are required to set up bayonets at the key crossings in tongcun villages, register vehicles entering and leaving, persuade the masses not to visit the door at will, improve the masses' awareness of self-protection, and control the spread of the epidemic and the risk of spread at the source. The returnees from Ejina banner, Lanzhou, Zhangye, Shandan and other areas were carefully surveyed and arranged, and carefully filled in and reported according to requirements.
