And the mystery of the immortality of the saint is actually not without flaws. Taishang Laojun once inadvertently mentioned that even saints have their cover doors and weaknesses. This is one of the deep meanings to be expressed in the Romance of the Gods. Although the saints possess far more power than ordinary people, their existence is not without the possibility of an end.
In countless myths and legends, we can see that even the most powerful saints have their weaknesses. This is not only a balance of their power, but also a respect for the laws of the entire universe. As Lao Tzu said: "Those who are strong cannot die, and those who are weak will live." Although this sentence is short, it profoundly reveals the fate that even saints cannot escape.

Although they possess amazing power, that doesn't mean they can escape everything. In fact, it is these unknown weaknesses and challenges that make the image of the saint more fleshed out and more humane. On the path of pursuing immortality, both saints and mortals are constantly exploring and advancing. And all these efforts and explorations are ultimately aimed at better understanding the meaning of life and the mysteries of the universe.
