In a corner of the bustling metropolis, we found a 60-square-metre haven of warmth. Although space is limited, it contains three bedrooms and two balconies, which is enough to accommodate a happy family of five. Located in the center of Chengdu, this small home with a construction area of 74 square meters is the starting point of our dream with a down payment of 400,000 yuan and a monthly payment of 1,900 yuan.
Living with parents and children fills every moment with the warmth of home. We are no longer running around to rent a house, but in this small home, enjoying our own days. Despite the compact space, we believe that the size of the home is not the most important thing, but the warmth and cleanliness of the home.
Every morning, making the bed and cleaning the room, we have poured love and delicate care into this little home. In the busy city life, it is a precious thing to have a place to belong to yourself. With children playing in the room and parents sipping tea on the balcony, this small space carries our infinite vision for the future.
