Before the action, the fishery administration and law enforcement personnel and the public security police analyzed and judged the clues reported by the masses in the early stage and the situation of the visits, and initially grasped the time, place and means of "committing the crime", and formulated a specific action plan. He went to the scene many times to explore the surrounding terrain and solidly deployed monitoring points, with a total of 4 land points and 1 water point (equipped with 1 law enforcement boat). At the same time, the possible escape path of the drill is simulated, and multiple points are blocked from the outside to the inside.
In the early hours of the morning, moving, flashing lights suddenly appeared on the otherwise calm water, which aroused the vigilance of the law enforcement officers who were squatting nearby. In order to prevent illegal fishing personnel from "fighting guerrillas" with law enforcement personnel, the waterway team and the land team should communicate within the group in a timely manner, and start "collecting nets" after confirming the implementation of illegal fishing.
When the lights flickered and moved again, the land team used the advantage of vision to provide illegal points, and the water team took advantage of the advantages of fast speed and interspersed movement to decisively "attack" at the first time to drive the illegal fishermen ashore. After more than 6 hours of squatting, encirclement, chasing and interception, a total of 3 people suspected of illegal fishing were seized, about 350 meters of wire nets were banned, 21 ground cages, and 1 vessel with no three was seized.
In the next step, the Law Enforcement Brigade of the District Agriculture and Rural Committee will continue to carry out inspections and "look back" on key remediation waters, severely crack down on all kinds of illegal fishing, further consolidate the effectiveness of remediation, effectively protect aquatic biological resources, and maintain the ecological balance of waters within its jurisdiction.
