Recently, a group of declaration drawings of Feifan's new electric SUV were obtained from the latest issue of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's automobile catalog, and it can be seen from the declaration drawings that it will be named RC7, positioned as a mid-size pure electric SUV, and is expected to be launched in the second half of 2024. It will be powered by a single-motor drive system, and it is also expected that the new model will also support battery swapping technology.
In terms of appearance, the new car as a whole continues the design concept of RC ESSENCE, and adopts the design language of the Yuyi family. The front face is convex and closed front grille, which is in line with the unique characteristics of the coupe model, and at the same time highlights the identity of new energy. The two sides are designed with split headlight clusters, and the shape is sharp.
The straight and tough multi-line design looks full of power. The hidden door handle and fastback tail design allow the vehicle to have a lower drag coefficient. Twin 5-spoke low-drag wheels show combat effectiveness. At the rear, the slim through-type taillight cluster with blackened treatment adds a sporty atmosphere to the overall tail.
The interior declaration map has not yet been revealed, the new car is expected to adopt an interior design similar to Feifan's new R7, the center console adopts a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument + 15.05-inch touch central control screen + 12.3-inch co-driver entertainment screen triple screen design layout, enhance the design layout of the AR-HUD head-up system, and create a strong sense of science and technology.
The power parameters have not yet been revealed, and in terms of power, the new car is expected to be equipped with a single-motor drive system with a maximum power of 150kW, paired with a ternary lithium battery pack, and a "rechargeable, swappable and upgradeable" battery swap architecture.
