On May 17, Zhao Fengchun, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Director of the Audit Committee of the District Party Committee, presided over the third plenary meeting of the Sixth District Committee Audit Committee, which conveyed and studied the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the audit work and the spirit of the fifth meeting of the National and Provincial Audit Work Conference and the Audit Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee. All departments at all levels should strengthen the political direction, accurately grasp the important mission of the audit work on the new journey, strive to strengthen the political attributes and political functions of auditing, always adhere to the positioning based on economic supervision, focus on the main responsibilities and main business, and promote the high-quality economic development of Shuangqing District with high-quality audit supervision. It is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of supervision, do a solid job in normalizing the "economic physical examination", find the right entry point and force point, and continuously improve the authority, accuracy and effectiveness of audit supervision, further broaden the breadth of audit supervision, establish and improve the audit supervision system, and ensure that all units and departments that manage and use public funds, state-owned assets, and state-owned resources are fully covered by the audit and supervision powers, so that they can be thoroughly reviewed.
The meeting required that the "second half" of the audit rectification should be done in detail, and the responsibility for audit rectification should be tightened. It is necessary to establish "targeted thinking", through the establishment of rectification accounts, clarify the time and roadmap for the implementation of rectification, implement closed-loop management, and reconcile accounts to ensure that all problems are rectified in place. It is necessary to increase audit supervision in the fields of high-quality development, comprehensively deepening reforms, and safeguarding people's livelihood and interests, adhere to the combination of problem rectification and mechanism innovation, not only strengthen the effectiveness of "immediate reform", but also explore the mechanism of "long-term establishment", give full play to the role of audit supervision in "curing diseases" and "preventing diseases", and promote the resolution of institutional obstacles, institutional obstructions, and institutional loopholes.
