On May 17, the Party Committee of the Civil Aviation Safety Engineering School of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China and the Party Committee of Jinyu Town, Guanghan City held a signing ceremony for party building and co-construction in Jinyu Town, Kong Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Civil Aviation Safety Engineering College of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China, Lei Qiuming, Vice President of the School of Civil Aviation Safety Engineering, and other teachers and student representatives, Li Xiaojun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinyu Town, Zhao Xianggui, mayor of the town, and members of the party and government team participated in the event.
At the signing ceremony, Li Xiaojun extended a warm welcome to Kong Peng and his entourage, and at the same time gave a detailed introduction to the party building work in Goldfish Town. He said that the School of Civil Aviation Safety Engineering, as a key construction college of the flight college, has strong scientific research strength and a strong faculty team, and hopes that through the joint construction of the school and the locality, the two sides can work together, complement each other's advantages, carry out all-round, multi-level and wide-field cooperation, and work together to promote the high-level construction and refined management of the party building of both sides, and strive to create a new pattern of party building work.

After the signing ceremony, Kong Peng and his entourage also went to the Guanghan Land Reform Exhibition Hall to visit a brief history of the world's land evolution, the relationship between the origin of civilization and land, the timeline of land development, and the evolution of China's land system in the past dynasties, and learned in detail about the development process of land system reform since the founding of New China and the achievements of Guanghan in land system reform since the reform and opening up.
