Phil Foden has stated Manchester City team-mate Erling Haaland is "not human" as he looks easy scoring goals in the Premier League.

Haaland scored 27 goals heading into his final matchweek and will win the Premier League Golden Boot for the second time in a row in his second season in the league – breaking the record for most goals in 38 games in 2022/23 with 36 goals.

As well as scoring a large number of goals, Haaland can also play an ace role when City need him to play when it matters most. He scored twice against Tottenham Hotspur in midweek, the club's most important game of the season so far, and he almost sealed the Premier League title, while his overall form since returning from injury has improved from his post-Christmas performances.

The tall striker isn't the only City player to excel in the attacking third this season, with Foden also scoring 17 goals and eight assists in the Premier League.

In an exclusive interview with FedEx's 90 Minutes, Foden discussed what it's like to play alongside Haaland, who he believes is an inevitable goalscorer every time he steps on the pitch.

"Honestly, I don't think he's human," Foden said. 'When it's tough, you just look at him and think: 'When will he score for us?' It's great to play with players like that. ”

'When things get tough, he always seems to step up and score important goals, like you saw the other day (against Tottenham Hotspur) he scored two important goals for us. Playing with him, yes, it's unbelievable, and he's still young, okay, you have to remember he's still young and he's going to keep getting better.

'I've never seen anybody come to the Premier League and blow it away the way he did. For me, it's the toughest league in the world, and what he's done, yes, I just don't know how someone did it otherwise would never have done it. ”
