Traditional network optimization faces a series of challenges, hindering the advancement of network self-intelligence, and there are three challenges in the daily network optimization scenario.

First, the cost is high. The traditional mode can only solve the optimization of one indicator at a time, and the deterioration of other indicators is often caused by the issuance of policies, which requires a lot of manpower to repeatedly iterate and optimize, and even requires the participation of highly skilled experts, resulting in high costs.

At present, the mainstream lighting optical fiber on the market uses PMMA optical fiber, which has a low preparation cost, but the market is mainly monopolized by Japanese companies. In general, the average attenuation value of PMMA fiber in the visible light band of 380~780nm is about 300B/km, and it is as high as 1000dB/km near the infrared band, which makes the sunlight appear white and violet and cold light after being emitted from the optical fiber. The advantages of PMMA fiber in fiber optic illumination are large core diameter, good flexibility, and can realize short-distance sunlight transmission. However, due to the limitations of its materials, its high temperature resistance is poor, the ultraviolet aging resistance is poor, the long-distance attenuation is too large, and it cannot work in an environment of more than 70 °C and the transmittance is attenuated to 20% of the original at about 30m. For this reason, quartz optical fiber has become the main solution to solve the problem of overheating and long-distance attenuation of optical fiber, which is used for laser lighting, sunlight lighting, high-energy light transmission, etc., which are mostly large-core optical fibers, which can be mainly divided into quartz cladding and plastic cladding. Among them, quartz cladding is mostly used for high-power laser transmission, while plastic cladding is mostly used for sunlight induction. In terms of optical fiber energy transmission, in order to improve the optical energy collection and divergence ability of optical fibers, the numerical aperture of the optical fiber itself will be increased, and the number of cladding layers will be increased to reduce the energy loss in the process of optical energy transmission.
