In order to further strengthen the construction of the firefighter team, optimize the personnel structure, and improve the combat effectiveness of the team, on May 17, the Dehong Prefecture Fire and Rescue Detachment organized the 2024 junior firefighter rank promotion objects for assessment.
The assessment object is the junior firefighters who will work in the state team in 2024 and will be promoted to a higher level of fire and rescue rank. The assessment content includes theoretical assessment, 5000m run, 60m shoulder ladder, climbing hook ladder to the fourth floor, in-situ dressing, doubling system production and other subjects, and conducts a comprehensive test of the ability and quality of the assessors.
During the assessment process, all the reference personnel had a correct attitude, full of energy, strictly abided by discipline, and actively took the examination. The assessment team strictly abides by the standards, adheres to the principles, is fair and just, carries out the assessment work in strict accordance with the assessment standards and procedures, and measures to the end with a ruler, and comprehensively, objectively, justly and accurately evaluates the assessed personnel. At the same time, during the assessment period, timely guidance and correction of the wrong actions of the reference firefighters is not only an inspection process, but also an opportunity to learn and improve.
In the next step, the detachment will strictly follow the selection criteria for the promotion of firefighters, scientifically sort out the statistical assessment results, and combine the actual performance of the selected objects, democratic evaluation and the needs of the construction of the fire rescue team, so as to truly select outstanding personnel with excellent work style, excellent business and want to continue to contribute to the construction of the fire rescue team to the fire and rescue team, and effectively lay a solid foundation for the development of the fire and rescue team in the state.
