After leaving the post, our material teachers will contact all July students one after another to guide you to remit tuition fees, book dormitories, apply for visas, etc.

After leaving the post, what should the students do, and sort it out for everyone!

1. Check the information

Whether the name and pinyin are the same as the name on the passport.

Whether the photograph is the person.

Whether the gender is correct or not.

Whether the date of birth is the same as the passport.

If the information is correct, you can pay the tuition fee. If there is any error, please contact the material teacher as soon as possible!

2. Pay tuition fees

After checking the status of residence, you will need to pay the tuition fee to the language school as soon as possible, and the school will mail the original certificate of eligibility only after the tuition fee has been paid. (If you choose a dormitory, you will generally need to remit the accommodation fee together.)

3. Determine the dormitory

Students can decide whether to live in the dormitory or rent a house by themselves, because the number of dormitories in the school is limited, and you may miss the room you want later, so if you want to live in the dormitory, you need to fill out the dormitory application form as soon as possible!

4. Apply for a visa

Once you have received your original status of residence, you can start applying for a visa. The status of residence is valid for 3 months and will be invalid after expiration, so you must prepare the visa materials and submit them to the embassy for visa renewal within the specified period.

1. Visa application form (photo 4.5cm vertical× 3.5cm horizontal, white background, 1 sheet)

2. Passport

3. Copy of household register (home page and applicant's page)

4. Proof of residence such as residence permit (only for applicants whose household registration is not within the jurisdiction of the Library)

5. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility

6. Study Abroad Questionnaire

7. Certificate of employment of the tuition payer

8. Copy of graduation certificate or graduation certificate

The above materials are for reference only, and different regions may have different regulations, which are subject to the requirements of each Japanese embassy in China.

5. Prepare items for Japan and book air tickets

After the visa is issued, you need to do the last step before going to Japan, which is to prepare the goods for Japan and book the air ticket.

Under normal circumstances, we need to prepare some necessary materials and daily necessities for studying abroad.

Study materials such as passport, visa, certificate of eligibility, admission permit, etc.

Daily necessities such as Japanese yen, bank cards, formal wear, etc.

When buying a ticket, you can first determine whether the school will arrange a pick-up, as well as the pick-up time, etc., don't buy the wrong one, and the specific pick-up deadline should also be optimistic, because there is still a 1-hour time difference between China and Japan.

We would like to congratulate the qualified students who are about to start a new journey in Japan! If you don't understand or have difficulties after arriving in Japan, etc., the follow-up service teachers of our Tokyo department will continue to follow up~

Finally, congratulations to all of you on your successful stay, and I wish you all a smooth start to study in Japan!

In addition, we would like to remind everyone that October students are still enrolling, and the time for submitting materials to the Immigration Bureau is June 3-June 6, so students who want to apply for October students should seize the last chance!
