On May 14th, under the guidance of the New Era Civilization Practice Center, the first activity of the red lesson of "Heroes in the Clouds" was held in Longma Kindergarten in Songjiang District, under the guidance of the New Era Civilization Practice Center, distributed by the Songjiang Martyrs Cemetery and supported by the District Education Bureau. Children from 4 classes attended the class together, learned about the deeds of Jiang Huilin, Cai Caigen and other heroes in the clouds in the animation and picture book stories, and immersed themselves in the baptism of red culture.
This red lesson reproduces Jiang Huilin's short and glorious life. In the class, while listening to the heroic deeds, the children connected with their own experiences and enthusiastically discussed Jiang Huilin's touching deeds of taking care of everyone and his small family and dedicating himself to the motherland. In addition, they also learned about the deeds of Cai Caigen, a martyr who resisted US aggression and aided Korea, through animation, and felt the hardships of the year "immersively" in the red-themed game.
"I think Jiang Huilin is a very brave person! She came out of her small home and fought for everyone's happiness and helped more and better people. She is a well-deserved heroine! Li Xiayang, a student in Class 4 of Longma Kindergarten Yinze Campus, said with emotion. On the same day, the martyr Cai Caigen, who said goodbye to his family and went to the Korean battlefield, restored the portrait through young volunteers, reproducing the touching moment of seeing his relatives across time and space, which made the children particularly moved.
As one of the high-quality activities of the "City of Glory" 2024 Shanghai Red Culture Season, the "Heroes in the Clouds" Red Lesson into Campus Activity will also enter 10 schools and communities in the form of orders, so that more students and residents can experience the heroic style of the Heroes in the Clouds "zero distance". On the basis of last year's curriculum, this year's activity will combine the cognitive characteristics of children of different ages, and add special courses such as "martyrs' relatives tell the stories of martyrs", telling history in kind, bilingual preaching, and national defense preaching.
It is understood that Songjiang is the only red venue that has been selected as one of the first batch of 45 boutique venues in Shanghai's "Red Culture Season". In addition to the red lesson, the Songjiang Martyrs Cemetery will also cooperate with the theme of the "Red Culture Season" to launch a series of patriotic education activities such as red treasure hunting, walking and reading. "Through the red lesson, 'going out' infiltrates the children's daily life, and at the same time guides them to 'walk in', take the initiative to walk into the red venue, understand the heroic deeds of the clouds through immersive treasure hunt interaction, and inherit the red gene."
