In order to give full play to the role of the Communist Youth League in serving the healthy growth of teenagers, guide candidates to actively face learning pressure, and enhance students' psychological quality, recently, the Qiaoxi District Committee of the Communist Youth League invited Qu Chonglian, the person in charge of the Zhangjiakou 12355 Youth Service Desk, to go deep into Zhangjiakou No. 9 Middle School to carry out the "Easy Exam Preparation, 12355 Walk with You" - 2024 High School Entrance Examination Stress Reduction Psychological Counseling Activity. The relevant persons in charge of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the District Committee of the Youth League, and the District Bureau of Education, Sports and Science participated in the event.
All Grade 9 students from No. 9 Middle School participated in the event, with about 160 students participating in the live interaction, and the rest of the Grade 9 students listening to the event through the campus radio. In the lecture, Ms. Qu guided students to share their ideas boldly and popularize corresponding mental health knowledge and coping strategies through games and interactive exchanges, so that students could have an in-depth understanding of their own hearts, and with the help of scientific methods and practical skills, they could learn to self-regulate, maintain a good attitude, and correctly deal with the pressure of revision and high school entrance examination. The students have said that they will "win" the high school entrance examination with a more positive, optimistic, relaxed and confident body and mind.
In the next step, the Qiaoxi District Committee of the Communist Youth League will actively coordinate existing resources, continue to take activities such as "youth self-care" and "stress reduction in the middle and high school entrance examinations" as the starting point, and organize and carry out a series of 12355 activities on a regular basis, so as to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of young people and promote the quality and efficiency of youth mental health education.
