According to the inquiry of the national enterprise credit information publicity system, your unit has not published the 2021 and 2022 annual reports in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Interim Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information" and the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Market Entities", and has been included in the list of abnormal business operations by the market regulation department in accordance with the law. According to Article 18 of the newly revised Interim Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information, which will come into effect on May 1, 2024, "If an enterprise fails to disclose its annual report within the time limit specified in these Regulations or fails to disclose relevant enterprise information within the time limit ordered by the market regulation department, the market regulation department at or above the county level shall include it in the list of abnormal business operations and give administrative punishment in accordance with law." If an enterprise is included in the list of abnormal business operations for two consecutive years because it has not submitted an annual report in accordance with the regulations, and it cannot be contacted through the registered residence or business place, the business license shall be revoked by the market supervision and administration department at or above the county level" and other relevant documents, and your unit is one of the objects to be cleaned up that has not reported annually for two consecutive years. If they are still in business or have the intention to continue to operate, please perform their statutory obligations such as filing annual reports in accordance with the law within 15 working days from the date of this announcement, and submit an application for removal from the list of abnormal business operations; If there is a change in the registered domicile or business premises, please go through the change registration within 15 working days from the date of this announcement; If your unit is no longer engaged in business activities, please cancel the registration within 15 working days from the date of this announcement, and if you fail to fulfill your annual report obligations or apply for change or cancellation of registration within the time limit, the market supervision departments at all levels will start the administrative penalty procedure of revoking the business license on the basis of investigation and verification.
