Improve Huangpi's emergency communication support capabilities
The drill simulated the continuous heavy rain in Wuhan during the flood season, resulting in the high water level of Majiahu Lake, the new section of Hanxiao at the lakeside station of Huangpi Airport in Hanxiao, the flooding of the base station of Majiahu Interchange (FT805), the interruption of power supply, and the interruption of the optical path from Fiberhome OTN Tianhe Airport to Evergreen, and carried out multi-unit, multi-specialty, and multi-subject rescue exercises.
After receiving the notice of flood control communication support, Huangpi Company immediately activated the emergency plan. The flood control and support team of the branch, the airport group, the tower company and the maintenance unit quickly arrived at the scene and dealt with it in groups.
After arriving at the scene, the rescue personnel found a suitable location to urgently set up an integrated satellite base station to restore on-site communication. Then judge the environment and flooding degree of the computer room, use the emergency pump to drain the water, and block the water inlet with sandbags; After the water is drained, dehumidify as soon as possible before the fiber smelting operation; Finally, the emergency oil generator is used for power generation operation, and everything is tense and orderly until the power supply is gradually restored. After six projects, namely, emergency signal restoration, sandbag stacking, drainage, power generation, fiber smelting, and simulated fiber optic cable breaking and emergency repair, the communication returned to normal after two and a half hours. On-site personnel, materials, and vehicles were safely evacuated, and the flood control drill was completed.
It is worth mentioning that the most advanced Ku-band 0.8-meter portable all-in-one satellite base station was used in this flood control drill, which is highly integrated with modem, BUC, LNB, wireless router, battery and other equipment. The equipment is light and portable, with superior wind stability, high reliability, and strong wading ability, which can meet the needs of manpower and air transportation, and can be used for high-throughput satellite communication services in various complex environments.
In this drill, 40 personnel were dispatched, 8 emergency vehicles were dispatched, 3 rescue equipment were dispatched, 23 inspection stations were dispatched, 12 sections of line inspection were inspected, and 14 hidden dangers in the computer room were solved.
This emergency drill effectively tested the effectiveness of Huangpi Mobile's emergency communication support plan for flood prevention and disaster relief, greatly improved the emergency response capability, further enhanced the actual combat ability to deal with flood disasters and emergencies, and effectively built a solid network security defense line.
