"Look at Xianyang" News: On the afternoon of May 17, the Xianyang Development Zone observation and key project "Comparison and Evaluation" observation group walked into the Wugong High-tech Zone.
Wugong High-tech Zone has a planned area of 7.08 square kilometers, a total industrial output value of 4.294 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 93.87 million yuan in 2023. Since the establishment of Wugong High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the industrial scale has continued to grow, the structure has been continuously optimized, the innovation ability has been effectively enhanced, the system and mechanism have been gradually improved, and the development vitality has been significantly improved. In 2018, it was successfully selected into the announcement directory of national provincial development zones, in 2019, it was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Province Demonstration County Industrial Concentration Zone", and in January 2023, it was successfully established as a provincial high-tech industrial development zone.
The first industry in the park is the e-commerce industry. Relying on the advantages of geographical location and logistics cost to attract project agglomeration, it has successively attracted leading e-commerce enterprises such as Western Regions Meinong, Yunchuang Zhijing, Xianyun Shengcang, Desert Feast, Midouer, Jingdong Supply Chain, etc., opened up the whole industrial chain of agricultural product planting, deep processing, online trading, logistics and distribution, and created many brands such as "Xiyu Meinong" dried fruits and "Midouer" big melon seeds.
The leading industries in the park are equipment manufacturing and circular economy industries. Taking the industrial transfer as an opportunity, an industrial system focusing on auto parts manufacturing and supported by steel structure and industrial valves has been initially formed, and enterprises such as Bofit high-end fluid valves and Longxiang three-dimensional garage have become industry benchmarks.
Focusing on the reproduction of waste paper and the reuse of plastics, the park has gathered leading enterprises such as Oriental Group and Baofa Plastics, as well as downstream supporting enterprises such as Jinhongye Paper, Xinrong Paper Products, and Tianyou Paper, forming a paper resource recycling chain.
There are 449 registered enterprises in Wugong High-tech Zone (including 127 production-oriented enterprises and 322 e-commerce enterprises), 8,543 employees, and an industrial output value of 4.29 billion yuan in 2023. The park has set up an enterprise service center, set up the province's first e-commerce court, created a "tax help" tax benefit enterprise gas station, and provided enterprises with 46 administrative approval services of "staying in the park".
