Shanghai's 2024 comprehensive evaluation batch enrollment has been launched. It is reported that in 2024, there are 11 pilot universities participating in the city's comprehensive evaluation batch enrollment: Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, East China University of Science and Technology, Donghua University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Wai Chinese University, Shanghai University, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Zhejiang University.
At present, all 11 pilot universities have announced the enrollment guidelines for the 2024 comprehensive evaluation batch. According to the published enrollment prospectus, the deadline for online registration for the 2024 comprehensive evaluation batch is May 30. Enrollment guidelines for each institution
1. Enrollment targets and registration conditions
Students who meet the registration conditions for the 2024 National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shanghai, have subject expertise, innovation potential, high comprehensive quality, and all-round development can apply.
2. Requirements for enrollment majors and subjects
Please refer to the registration platform for details of the reference catalogue of the professional group of the enrollment major (class) institution and the requirements of the selected subjects. The specific plan is subject to the announcement of the Shanghai Education Examination Institute.
3. Registration method and selection procedure
(1) From now until May 30, candidates can log in to the special type enrollment registration platform and complete the online registration accurately and completely as required. Among them, candidates who apply for the "Mathematics Talent Class" must have won the provincial second prize or above in the National Mathematics Olympiad for Middle School Students in high school and obtained the "Fudan University "Mathematics Talent Class" Registration Qualification Certificate.
(2) The school organizes an expert group to review the candidates' registration materials in accordance with the "Measures for the Use of Information on the Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Ordinary High School Students of Fudan University (Shanghai)" and other regulations.
(3) The list of candidates who have passed the registration review will be announced before June 3.
(4) Candidates who have passed the registration review and whose college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points, the same below) have reached the 2024 Shanghai Special Type Enrollment Control Score Line can fill in the comprehensive evaluation batch volunteer information, and the specific filling method is subject to the regulations of the Shanghai Education Examination Institute.
(5) According to the results of the college entrance examination, the list of shortlisted candidates for the interview will be determined according to 1.5 times the number of enrollment plans of the professional group of the institution (the last one with the same score will be fully invested), and the shortlisted interview score line will be announced.
(6) Organize interviews before July 7. The interview experts will be randomly divided every day on the basis of considering gender, major and other factors, and each group will include a total of 5 experts in the fields of arts, science, medicine and other fields; Candidates are randomly divided into groups according to the principle of no difference in the average score of the college entrance examination; On the day of the interview, all kinds of external communication methods between experts and candidates are blocked; The expert group and the candidate group are matched by drawing lots on the spot; At the end of the interview, each expert independently judges and scores, ranks each candidate, and then aggregates the interview results of each candidate. If there are less than 10 candidates in a group of actual interviews, it will be converted according to the linear mapping. The interview score of the absentee candidates will be included in the comprehensive score according to 0 points. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Use of Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Information for Ordinary High School Students of Fudan University (Shanghai), the interview experts will use the candidates' comprehensive quality evaluation information and the results of the high school academic qualification test as reference materials. The maximum score for the interview is 150 points.
Interview score = ∑ (31.5 - ranking × 1.5 per expert)
(7) The comprehensive score as the basis for admission consists of the college entrance examination score (accounting for 85%) and the interview score (accounting for 15%):
Comprehensive score = college entrance examination score ÷660×850 + interview score
Candidates will be ranked according to their overall scores. In the case of the same score, the following scores will be ordered: interview score, total score of college entrance examination score, college entrance examination language score, college entrance examination mathematics score, college entrance examination foreign language score.
(8) The leading group of undergraduate enrollment of the university shall review and approve the list of selected candidates for comprehensive evaluation according to the enrollment plan, and officially submit the admission after being reviewed by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute. Candidates who have been officially admitted will no longer participate in the voluntary application and admission of other universities; Candidates who are not admitted can participate in the subsequent batches of voluntary application and admission in Shanghai normally.
4. Other notes
(1) The registration materials submitted and uploaded by candidates shall be clear, true and complete, and papers and patents shall not be uploaded as application materials. The materials uploaded by candidates will be used directly as interview materials and do not need to be sent paper materials.
(2) Candidates must promise that all materials submitted are objective and truthful. If there is any false content, the candidate's registration, examination and admission qualifications for this year's comprehensive evaluation will be cancelled, and the relevant situation will be notified to the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Education Examination Institute, which will cancel the candidate's registration, examination and admission qualifications for this year's college entrance examination in accordance with relevant regulations, and suspend the candidate's participation in various national education examinations for 1-3 years depending on the severity of the circumstances. 3. Application Procedures and Selection Mode
1. Registration
Log in to the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination Special Type Enrollment Information Service Platform of the Ministry of Education" (click to enter) to register and register online, fill in and submit relevant information as required, print the application form, please sign the application form as required, scan or take a photo after stamping the official seal of the middle school. 2. Hatsuyu
For candidates who submit valid registration materials in accordance with the registration requirements, Shanghai Jiao Tong University will organize a preliminary examination, and the preliminary examination results will be divided into two grades: passing and failing. The results of the preliminary review are expected to be announced in the registration system before June 3.
3. Volunteer to fill in
After the scores of the college entrance examination are issued, candidates who have passed the preliminary examination and whose college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points) reach the 2024 Shanghai Special Type Enrollment Control Score Line must fill in the corresponding professional group volunteers of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in the comprehensive evaluation batch within the time specified by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute (the specific filling time and filling method are subject to the regulations of the Shanghai Education Examination Institute).
4. Interview
For the candidates who have passed the preliminary examination, according to the results of the college entrance examination (including policy bonus points) and filling in the volunteers, the list of shortlisted candidates for the interview of each enrollment professional group of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5 of the enrollment plan (the last candidate with the same score in the college entrance examination will be submitted). IV. Admission Method
1. Admission will be sorted according to the comprehensive score from high to low.
The comprehensive score consists of the college entrance examination score (85%) and the school test score (15%):
Comprehensive score = college entrance examination score÷ 660×850 + school test score (school test score full score is 150 points)
2. If the candidates have the same comprehensive scores, they will be admitted in order of college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points), college entrance examination mathematics scores, and interview scores.
3. Majors of the Joint Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the majors of the École des Excellence des Études de Paris, the experimental class of engineering (health sciences and technology), and the five-year program of clinical medicine (English class) will only admit candidates who fill in their professional preferences.
4. The results of the high school academic level qualification test must meet the relevant requirements of Shanghai.
The pre-admission list will be reviewed and approved by the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Admissions Leading Group, reviewed by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute, and publicized in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
5. Special instructions
1. Shanghai will provide Shanghai Jiao Tong University with comprehensive quality evaluation information and high school academic level qualification test results.
2. On the basis of the list of candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of Tongji University, the Shanghai Education Examination Institute will determine the list of shortlisted candidates for the school test according to the candidates' college entrance examination results and the voluntary filling of the comprehensive evaluation batch, according to 1.5 times the number of enrollment plans of the professional group of the institution (the last place with the same score and full vote).
The calibration time is tentatively scheduled for July 6-7, and the form is an interview, and the specific time and place will be notified in the registration platform. The comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates will be used as an important reference basis for the calibration.
If the candidate does not participate in the school test, the test score will be counted as zero points in the comprehensive score.
4. Admission method
The school will divide the candidates into professional groups according to the candidates' professional volunteers, and plan to admit them according to their comprehensive scores from high to low. The principle of score priority is adopted in the admission of majors, and there is no major grade difference.
The comprehensive score is composed of the college entrance examination score (accounting for 85%) and the school test score (accounting for 15%): comprehensive score = college entrance examination score ÷ 660×850 + school test score (the full score of the school test score is 150 points).
If the comprehensive score is the same, the admission will be sorted by the college entrance examination score, mathematics, Chinese and foreign language college entrance examination scores.
The pre-admission list shall be reviewed by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute and publicized in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
5. Supervision mechanism
1. 5. Finalist

6. Calibration
It is expected that on July 6 or July 7, the school will organize a school test. (2) The "Personal Statement" mainly describes the performance of high school candidates' subject specialties (awards in discipline competitions at or above the provincial level), participation in scientific research and innovative practice, participation in social services and club activities, personal honors at or above the provincial level, reasons for applying for Zhejiang University, awareness of the major and personal future development plan, etc. The word count should not exceed 800 words.
(3) In the "Comprehensive Information" column, fill in the information of winning discipline competitions at or above the provincial level (inclusive) and individual honors at or above the provincial level (inclusive) and upload the scanned copy of the original award certificate. Theses and patents are not accepted as registration and review materials.
Fourth, the selection process
1. Preliminary examination: The school organizes experts to review the registration materials that meet the requirements, and the preliminary examination results are divided into two grades: passed and failed. Candidates can check the results of the preliminary examination through the registration system after June 3.
2. Voluntary filling in the college entrance examination: Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination and whose college entrance examination results reach the 2024 Shanghai special type enrollment control score line must fill in the Zhejiang University comprehensive evaluation volunteer after the college entrance examination, and the specific time and method of filling in the application shall be subject to the regulations of the Shanghai Education Examination Institute. The professional choice must meet the requirements of the selected subjects.
3. Determination of the assessment list: According to the candidates' college entrance examination results from high to low, the shortlisted assessment list will be determined according to 1.5 times of the enrollment plan of the professional group of the institution (the candidates with the same score in the college entrance examination at the end of the professional group will be submitted), and it will be publicized on the undergraduate enrollment network of the school. 4. Comprehensive interview: The comprehensive interview is carried out according to the professional group of the institution, which mainly examines the student's scientific spirit, professional intention, cross-cultural communication, innovation ability and comprehensive quality. The candidate's comprehensive quality evaluation information of high school students will be used as an important reference during the interview. The Shanghai Education Examination Institute will provide the school with the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates.
Comprehensive interview time: around July 6. The specific requirements of the comprehensive interview will be announced on the university's undergraduate admissions website, and candidates are requested to pay close attention to the latest announcements on the university's undergraduate admissions website.
5. Admission Method
1. According to the enrollment plan of the professional group of the institution, the candidates will be ranked according to their comprehensive scores from high to low (candidates who do not participate in the comprehensive interview will be included in the comprehensive score with zero points to participate in the ranking), and the admitted major will be the first professional choice (subject to the first professional choice filled in by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute).
Comprehensive score = 85% of the candidate's college entrance examination score (converted according to the full score of 100 points) × (rounded to 2 decimal places) + school comprehensive interview score (full score of 100 points) ×15% (rounded to 2 decimal places).
2. If the candidates have the same comprehensive scores, they will be admitted in order of the school's comprehensive interview scores, college entrance examination language scores, college entrance examination mathematics scores, and college entrance examination foreign language scores from high to low.
3. The public list of proposed admissions will be reviewed and approved by the university's undergraduate admissions working group and reviewed by the Shanghai Education Examination Institute, and the university will admit them. Candidates who have been officially admitted will not participate in the admission of other universities and subsequent batches; Candidates who are not admitted can participate in the subsequent batches of admission in Shanghai normally.
6. Miscellaneous
1. The 2024 Shanghai Comprehensive Evaluation Admission Reform Pilot Enrollment Work of Zhejiang University shall be implemented under the leadership of the Undergraduate Enrollment Working Group of the University, and the work plan, implementation measures, and qualification accreditation shall be submitted to the Undergraduate Enrollment Working Group for approval.
2. The assessment list and admission list shall be publicized on the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Disclosure Platform of the Ministry of Education and the undergraduate enrollment website of the school, and shall be subject to social supervision. The discipline inspection and supervision bodies of the school shall supervise the whole process of comprehensive evaluation of enrollment work to ensure that the enrollment work is fair and just.
3. Majors in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and non-Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools cannot be transferred to each other. Different Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools cannot transfer majors between them.
4. Candidates should provide true and accurate application materials in good faith, and if there is false content or concealment of material facts that may adversely affect candidates, once verified, their qualifications will be cancelled immediately, and the relevant situation will be notified to the Shanghai Education Examination Institute; Those who have already enrolled in school shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the school. The middle school shall carefully verify the recommendation materials issued or the application materials with a seal and approval, and the school reserves the right to take relevant measures if there is fraud.
5. Zhejiang University does not charge any fees for enrollment registration and testing.
6. The school does not entrust any individual or intermediary organization to carry out the work related to the enrollment of special types of examinations, and does not hold any form of training activities.
