This year is the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping presiding over the symposium on literary and artistic work and delivering an important speech, and it is also the year of the creation of the national immigration management agency "Cultural Country" and the first batch of naming and listing, in order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, closely build the culture of the police and the locality, and promote the innovation and development of literary and artistic volunteer service, on the morning of May 15, the People's Republic of China Baiyun Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station (referred to as Baiyun Border Inspection Station) Party Committee member and director of the Political Department, Yang Xiaofeng, executive director of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Guangzhou Border Inspection Station, and his party came to our association to carry out research and exchanges, and Wu Bi, member of the party group and full-time vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, comrades in charge of the Organizing Department and relevant staff participated.
At the symposium, the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles introduced the work of the Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, especially the experience and practice of literary and artistic volunteer service. In recent years, the Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles has given full play to its organizational and professional advantages, held a series of high-quality and high-level literary and artistic events around major themes and important time nodes, continued to polish the "Guangzhou model" of literary and artistic volunteer service, and actively built a Guangzhou literary and artistic citizen space system covering the whole city, effectively promoting the high-quality development of Guangzhou's literature and art. It is hoped that the next step will be to strengthen communication and exchanges with the Baiyun Border Inspection Station, close contact with the police and the locality, promote the organic integration of literary and artistic work and immigration management, and tell Chinese stories and spread Chinese voices through the "Border Inspection Culture Window".
The participants of the Baiyun Border Inspection Station respectively introduced the development of the cultural work of the Baiyun Border Inspection Station, the construction of the "Cultural Country", and the construction of the organization and talent team. As a state organ of the central government in Guangzhou, Baiyun Border Inspection Station has given full play to its important role in maintaining the security of the national gate of southern Guangdong, serving local economic and social development, promoting exchanges between China and foreign countries, and displaying the image of Chinese civilization, and has contributed to the modernization of immigration management and the prosperity and development of border culture. It is hoped that in the future, we can strengthen exchanges and interactions, and under the care, support and guidance of the Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, based on reality, strive to be the first to create excellence, and make every effort to promote the creation of a "cultural country" in Guangzhou, and help the high-quality development of cultural construction in the Greater Bay Area with new explorations of the integrated development of police and local culture.
At the meeting, the two sides also discussed and exchanged views on strengthening normalized communication and contact, carrying out exchange activities, talent training, and literary and artistic volunteer services.
