Jurong People's Hospital in 2024

Announcement of the second batch of staff for the record system of open recruitment

Due to work needs, Jurong People's Hospital (Jurong Branch of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital) openly recruited 16 staff members of the filing system from the public, and included them in the management of the filing system in accordance with the "Implementation Opinions on Innovating the Management of Staffing in Public Hospitals (Trial)" (Su Bian Ban Fa [2015] No. 6) and its supporting documents issued by five departments including Jiangsu Provincial Preparation Office.

1. Application conditions and objects

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Be over 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between June 1, 1988 and May 31, 2006); The age of those with intermediate health professional and technical titles can be relaxed to 40 years old (born on or after June 1, 1983), the age of those with deputy senior health professional and technical titles can be relaxed to 45 years old (born on or after June 1, 1978), and the age of those with senior health professional and technical titles can be relaxed to 50 years old (born on or after June 1, 1973).

The deadline for the calculation of work experience is May 31, 2024 (the time spent on internships and work-study programs during the school period of graduates is not included in the working years).

(3) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

(4) Have good conduct and have no negative credit records.

(5) Have the professional or technical conditions required for the position.

(6) Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post.

(7) For details of the recruitment positions, the number of people and the required qualifications, such as academic qualifications, degrees, majors, etc., please refer to the "2024 Jurong Municipal People's Hospital Open Recruitment of the Second Batch of Record-Filing Staff Position Table" (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Job Table"), and the post specialties refer to the "Jiangsu Province 2024 Annual Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servants Professional Reference Catalog".

(8) Taiwan students who have obtained academic qualifications from ordinary colleges and universities in the mainland of the motherland and other Taiwan residents who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the mainland of the motherland shall apply for employment in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Jiangsu Province.

(9) "2024 graduates" in the qualification conditions refer to those who will graduate in 2024 and have obtained academic (degree) certificates, and still do not have a work unit. Among them, the date for obtaining academic (degree) certificates can be relaxed to December 31, 2024 for ordinary college graduates who can provide the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" (original); For those who graduate in the same period outside the country (territory), the date for obtaining the academic (degree) certificate can be appropriately relaxed, but they must complete the academic certification of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education before December 31, 2024.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and 2023, if they have not yet confirmed their work units, their file relationships are still retained in the original graduation school, or retained in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies, as well as those who graduated in the same period outside the country (territory) and have completed academic certification but have not yet confirmed their work units, can apply for positions for 2024 graduates.

Volunteers of grassroots service projects such as the "Three Branches and One Support" Program, the Rural Teacher Special Post Program, the "Western Plan" and the "Rural Revitalization Program" (including the original "Northern Jiangsu Plan") can apply for positions for 2024 graduates if they have no work experience before participating in the grassroots service projects, and within 2 years after the service period expires and passes the assessment.

Those who are conscripted into the military for compulsory service as fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities within one year after retirement can apply for positions for graduates in 2024.

Please do not apply for any of the following circumstances:

(1) Non-2024 graduates of active military personnel or ordinary colleges and universities in the national education sequence;

(2) According to the "Provisions on the Recusal of Personnel Management of Public Institutions", the positions that should be avoided are clarified;

(3) Before September 4, 2024, newly hired civil servants with a service period of less than 5 years, personnel on the staff (register) who have been hired by various local public institutions in Jiangsu Province through open recruitment and whose service period of 3 years has not yet expired, and personnel who are not allowed to be dismissed from their current work units (posts) if there are provisions (including clear agreements);

(4) Personnel who are not allowed to apply for employment in public institutions as otherwise stipulated by the state and province.

The state and Jiangsu Province have other provisions that those who do not get the relevant positions cannot apply for the corresponding positions.

2. Registration method

It will be carried out by means of online registration and on-site qualification review.

(1) Online registration

The registration time is from the date of announcement to 16:00 on June 7, 2024. Each person is limited to 1 position.

Applicants must download and truthfully fill in the "2024 Jurong People's Hospital Open Recruitment Record System Staff Registration Form" (Annex 2). Send it to the mailbox [email protected] form of a word document, the subject of the email is: name + job code, please pay attention to check the reply email after registration, confirm whether the preliminary examination of the registration is passed, and keep the communication smooth.

(2) On-site qualification review

According to the qualifications required by the post, the Jurong Municipal People's Hospital will conduct an on-site review of the registration materials and registration qualifications submitted by the applicants, and keep a copy. If it is found that the qualifications for the position applied for are not met or there is fraud during the examination, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled.

1. Review time: 9:00-11:00, 14:00-16:00 on June 13, 2024.

2. Audit location: Conference Room 443, 4th Floor, Outpatient Building, Jurong People's Hospital (No. 66, Ersheng Road, Jurong City).

3. Review the materials to be submitted:

(1) 2 recent one-inch frontal bareheaded photos with the same bottom;

(2) The original and a copy of the second-generation ID card, academic qualifications and degree certificates within the validity period of the applicant, and the electronic registration and filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education of the Academic Information Network;

(3) Supporting materials related to "other conditions" in the "Job Table";

(4) The original and a copy of the "Graduate Two-way Choice Employment Recommendation Form" and "Graduate Employment Agreement" and other materials provided by the 2024 graduates (the 2024 foreign graduates shall provide the admission notice and the catalog of the courses they have studied);

(5) In addition to the materials required in the registration qualifications, those who have obtained foreign academic qualifications (degrees) must also provide the original and 1 copy of the academic certification of the Ministry of Education and the course catalog of the courses taken;

(6) Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and 2023, as well as those who have graduated in the same period outside the country (territory) and have completed academic certification and have not yet confirmed their work units, and apply for positions for graduates in 2024, must also sign the "Letter of Commitment for Unimplemented Work Units" (Annex 3).

If the applicant entrusts another person to conduct the on-site qualification review, the entrusted person shall submit the applicant's Power of Attorney (Annex 4) and present the original and copy of his or her ID card. Applicants must be sure to keep communication unimpeded, and those who fail to go to the designated place for qualification review within the above specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.

There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment.

(3) Reduction or cancellation of posts

After the on-site audit, if the number of people who pass the audit is insufficient or no one registers, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled, and published on the website of Jurong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (http://www.jurong.gov.cn/jrsrsj/index.shtml) and the website of Jurong Municipal Health Commission (http://www.jurong.gov.cn/jrwjw/index.shtml).

(4) Collect the admission ticket. After the applicant passes the on-site qualification review, he or she will receive the written test admission ticket on the spot.

3. Examinations

The exam consists of two parts: a written test and a professional interview. The exam does not provide review materials and does not authorize any institution to organize pre-exam training.

The written test will be held on June 14, 2024 (Friday), and the specific time and place are detailed in the "Admission Ticket". Candidates must bring their ID cards, admission tickets, 2B pencils, erasers and other stationery during the written test. The minimum passing line for the written test is 60 points, and those with a score of less than 60 points are not allowed to enter the interview. After the written test, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the order of the written test scores from high to low scores and the proportion of 2 times the number of recruitment plans for each position. After the marking is completed, the results of the written test will be announced on the spot, and the list of interviewers will be announced at the same time, and the interviewers will receive the interview notice on the spot.

Please refer to the interview notice for the time and place of the interview. The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality and professional ability of the candidates to adapt to the performance of the position, and adopts a 100-point system. Applicants should attend the interview with the interview notice and ID card according to the lottery number. The interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot, with 60 points as the lowest passing line, and those with less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection links.

The total score of the test is calculated according to the proportion of 60% of the written test score and 40% of the interview score (using a 100-point system with two decimal places). The total score is 60 points to the minimum passing line, and those who do not reach the minimum passing line will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection link, and will not be admitted.

The total results of the examination will be publicized on the websites of the Jurong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Jurong Municipal Health Commission within 10 working days after the end of the examination.

4. Physical examination and signing of employment agreement

Personnel within the passing score line of the examination shall determine the candidates for the physical examination according to the ratio of 1:1 of the recruitment plan for each position from the high score to the low score of the total score of the examination. If there is a total score of the same score at the end of the number of recruited positions, the one with the highest interview score will be shortlisted; If the interview score is also the same, an additional test will be taken to determine the ranking.

The physical examination work shall be organized and carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards for civil servants recruited in Jiangsu Province. Fresh graduates who have passed the physical examination sign the "Graduate Employment Agreement" on the spot, and if they do not sign the employment agreement within the time limit, they will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the position they are applying for.

5. Inspection, publicity and employment

Jurong Municipal People's Hospital shall inspect the persons who have passed the physical examination in accordance with relevant regulations. After the examination and inspection of qualified personnel, they will be publicized on the website of the Jurong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the website of the Jurong Municipal Health Commission. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the recruiting unit shall sign an employment contract (including a probation period) of not less than 5 years with it, and shall serve the recruiting unit for a minimum of 5 years (including the probation period) except for terminating the employment contract in accordance with laws and regulations. During the contract period, the hired personnel shall be treated equally with reference to the in-service personnel of the employing unit's institution in terms of job hiring, income distribution, professional title evaluation, further training, and assessment.

When there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination, inspection and abstention, etc., the recruiting unit shall put forward an opinion on whether to make up for it, and report it to the comprehensive management department of open recruitment for review. If it is replaced, among the qualified personnel in the position, they will be replaced in order from high to low according to the total score of the examination, and will not be replaced after the approval or filing of the recruitment.

If the hired applicant has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original unit, the applicant shall be responsible for handling it himself/herself. Disqualification of employment will be made in the following cases:

1. Those who fail to report to the unit and go through the employment formalities within two months of the announcement of the employment list;

2. Fresh graduates in 2024 have not obtained the academic qualifications and degree certificates required for the recruitment position before December 31, 2024 (2024 foreign graduates must complete the academic certification of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education before December 31, 2024) or have not reported to the unit and gone through the employment procedures before December 31, 2024.

6. Discipline and supervision

This open recruitment is organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group established by Jurong Municipal People's Hospital, and adheres to the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit", and accepts the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department and the public.
