In order to prevent the illegal loss and abuse of precursor chemicals and curb the occurrence of drug crimes from the source, the Dao County Narcotics Control Office, together with the anti-drug brigade of the County Public Security Bureau and the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, recently conducted special inspections on key biological, pharmaceutical, and chemical enterprises in the jurisdiction.
The inspection team went deep into the sites of Daoxian Qi Ai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Hunan Xianghao Camellia Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, and conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the production environment, management system, and ledger records of the enterprises. During the inspection, the inspection team found that there were still some problems in the management of some enterprises, such as imperfect ledger records and inadequate implementation of the management system. In response to these problems, the inspection team gave feedback to the person in charge of the enterprise on the spot, and put forward specific rectification opinions and suggestions.
At the same time, the county anti-narcotics office also issued the "Notice of Verification of Precursor Chemicals and Related Equipment into Yunnan", requiring enterprises to comprehensively strengthen the verification and control of drug production materials entering Yunnan, and strictly prevent domestic drug production materials from being smuggled out of Yunnan for drug production. In addition, the inspection team also posted the "Notice on Carrying out the "Clean Edge" Operation to Verify the Entry of Drugs into Yunnan in a conspicuous position of the enterprise, reminding the employees of the enterprise to tighten the safety string at all times to prevent the illegal sale and transportation of precursor chemicals into Yunnan by enterprises engaged in the production and operation of precursor chemicals.
The person in charge of the anti-narcotics brigade of the county public security bureau said that in the future, it will continue to intensify the supervision and control of biological, pharmaceutical, and chemical enterprises, and carry out joint inspection actions on a regular basis to ensure that enterprises carry out production and operation in strict accordance with laws and regulations. At the same time, it is also hoped that the majority of enterprises can actively cooperate with the work of government departments to jointly create a safe and stable social environment.
