Fans of Assassin's Creed: Shadows believe that they have found the true location of the game's story through the artwork shared by the official.

The Collector's Edition of the game will include a physical in-game map, and fans will find that its shape partially matches the islands around the Osaka area.

Subsequently, a fan found some numbers in the bio of Assassin's Creed's official Twitter account, and after the community cracked the numbers, they were drawn in Cartesian coordinate system to form an outline. The outline is the same as the map shown on the Collector's Edition, but when compared with a map of Japan, it is found that it does represent the Kansai region of Japan, including Kyoto and Osaka.

Of course, this may only be part of the map, and we don't know exactly how big the game map will be.

Assassin's Creed: Shadow will be released on November 15th, so stay tuned.
