On May 13, the investigation team of the People's Procuratorate of Qianxinan Prefecture went to the People's Procuratorate of Panzhou City to carry out inspection and exchange activities on the cultivation of typical cases.
The inspection team first learned about the handling of the administrative public interest litigation case of Hengda Phosphate Major Safety Hazards, which was selected as one of the typical cases of the Supreme People's Procuratorate by the Panzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate, and then held a symposium.
At the symposium, the relevant person in charge of the Panzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate introduced in detail the cultivation of typical cases and experience of the procuratorate from three aspects: organization and guidance, case selection and case writing, and the participants conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on how to cultivate typical cases. The inspection team summarized and commented on the results of the exchanges, highly praised and affirmed the practices and experience of the Panzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate in the cultivation of typical cases, and said that the trip was fruitful.
The meeting pointed out that the cultivation of typical cases is an important "yardstick" to test the quality and effectiveness of the procuratorial business, and it is also an effective way to improve the professional level of the team, and the procuratorial organs of the two places should take this exchange and study as an opportunity to further improve their understanding in their work, so that awareness comes first, realize the normalization of the study and research of typical cases, innovate the cultivation mechanism, gather multiple forces and factors to actively participate in the selection and writing of cases, and strive to realize the cultivation of typical cases to empower the procuratorate to perform their duties.
