In order to continue to create an honest and trustworthy economic development environment, the Executive Bureau of the Panzhou Municipal People's Court recently launched a special action of "Guizhou Enforcement and Optimization of the Business Environment".
This special action focuses on carrying out special enforcement for those who have the ability but refuse to perform. On the day of the special operation, 27 enforcement policemen, 3 judicial policemen, and 6 police cars were dispatched to multiple enforcement points to carry out special enforcement operations. As of May 14, 2024, 1 company and enterprise have been included in the list of dishonest judgment defaulters, restricted 1 high-consumption legal person, seized 1 set of machinery and equipment worth more than 4.1956 million yuan, forcibly handed over the first floor of shops worth more than 23.4121 million yuan, reached 12 enforcement settlement cases, and the amount of enforcement in place was more than 24.7379 million yuan.
In the future, the Panzhou Municipal People's Court will adhere to the premise of fully protecting the rights and interests of the applicant for enforcement, uphold the principle of "ensuring production and good faith enforcement", adopt the model of "releasing water and raising fish", protect the production equipment and business premises on which the enterprise depends, and maintain the hematopoietic function of the enterprise as much as possible. Make good use of enforcement measures, urge relevant parties to strictly abide by contract agreements, and build an honest business environment.
