03 Job Responsibilities
1. Strictly implement the company's quality standards, control product quality in advance, and focus on prevention;

3. Timely testing workshop and outsourcing of products, carefully write the inspection report, and indicate the main test results of qualified products;

2. Skilled application of ERP software, the formulation of production plans, the requirements of a certain degree of rationality, the upper and lower processes should be connected, according to the order, BOM to develop production plans, and track procurement, quality inspection and other links, responsible for outsourced products receipt, issuance, account and other management work;
3. Control and supervision of production progress, appropriate adjustment of production plan and production progress, supervision of production raw material progress, allocation of raw materials;
4. Communication and coordination of related affairs with the sales department;
5. Statistics on production data and preparation of weekly reports on production plans.

4. Reasonably and timely calculate the cost of material and labor costs of products to ensure the accuracy of costs;
5. Complete the inventory inventory work on time, and issue an inventory report to monitor the changes in inventory and ensure the accuracy of inventory;
6. Check and inventory the production of Qin Jinxin on a monthly basis, do a good job in inventory declaration and accounting treatment, and regularly analyze and track sluggish inventory to reduce the company's losses;
7. Timely issue various financial analysis statements and put forward suggestions for improvement for managers to make decisions;
8. Check the completion of the target cost indicators of each process, analyze the existing problems, and put forward solutions and suggestions.
