Contest Method
(1) The competition implements the "National Frisbee Sports Competition Rules (Trial)" approved by the National Frisbee Sports Promotion Committee (revised according to the rules of the World Frisbee Federation Team Frisbee Competition). The Rules can be downloaded from the website of the Social Sports Guidance Center of the General Administration of Sport of China: https://www.sport.gov.cn/stzx/n5439/c23677931/content.html.
(2) The competition uses a 175g team frisbee certified by the World Frisbee Federation.
(3) The competition adopts group round-robin and cross-elimination round-robin, and the grouping method and schedule will be announced at the pre-competition technical meeting, and the on-site draw will be carried out to group the grouping.
(4) The gender ratio of the athletes on the field of the two teams in the same competition is the same, which is 4:3. The winning side will start the match by guessing the game before the match, and then change the sex ratio every two points until the end of the match. When 4 female players from each team are present at the same time, the score starts with the female athlete's serve; When 4 male players from each team are present at the same time, the point is started by the male player's serve.
(5) Target score and game time1.Target score: The target score of each game is 13 points, and the team that scores 13 points first wins. 2. Game time: The full game time is 60 minutes, 30 minutes after the start of the game or one side scores 7 points first to enter the halftime break, and the halftime is 5 minutes. If neither team reaches the target score at the end of the match time, the team with the highest score wins; In the event of a tie, overtime is played, and the team that scores the first tiebreaker wins. 3. At halftime, the staff will whistle or blow the whistle to remind them, and enter the halftime break after the current score is played. 4. The start and end of the race will be signaled. When the time of the game is up, the game will be stopped immediately after the whistle is sounded to determine the status of the frisbee (including the frisbee landing, the player catching the frisbee, out of bounds, etc.).
(6) Ranking method: 1. At the end of the group stage, each team will be ranked according to the number of wins and losses. 2. If the teams in the group have the same wins, they will be ranked according to the following criteria: (1) the winning and losing relationship between the teams with the same ranking; (2) Calculate the net score between teams with the same ranking; (3) Calculate the goal difference between all the same teams; (4) Calculate the total score between teams with the same ranking; (5) Calculate the total number of points between all opposing teams; (6) If the above rankings are still the same, the team will designate a player to throw the frisbee from one end of the line, and the team closest to the far end of the brick point wins.
(7) Dress code: 1. The team prepares two sports shirts printed with the race number, the number must be an integer from 0 to 99, and those who do not meet the requirements or have no number and are not allowed to play in the team. Both sides of the match must wear match uniforms with obvious color differences, and the referee can only play after the color of the clothing is recognized. 2. All athletes are not allowed to wear metal ornaments and sports shoes with metal and sharp edge studs; Gloves are allowed and must not leave any residue or visible scratches on the frisbee in any way.
(8) The game encourages players to self-judge, and when the dispute between the two parties cannot be resolved, the referee will make a judgment according to the situation on the field.
(9) The "National Frisbee Competition Rules (Trial)" stipulates that "the size of the official team frisbee field is 100×37 meters, and the scoring area is 18×37 meters". According to the actual situation of the competition venue, the size of the venue is adjusted to 100×33 meters, and the scoring area is 18×33 meters.
Athlete Qualification & Review
(1) Athlete qualifications: 1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China. 2. Be in good health and at least 14 years old (born before January 1, 2010). 3. Athletes participate on behalf of their household registration, long-term residence, employer (more than 1 year of employment, calculated from March 1, 2024) or place of student status (subject to student status at the time of competition). The long-term residence is based on the person's real estate certificate, residence permit or social security payment record (for 1 year, calculated from before March 1, 2024), and the employment unit is based on the labor contract, income and tax certificate, social security certificate, etc. (for 1 year, calculated from March 1, 2024).
(2) Qualification review1.An athlete must register in the same capacity and represent a team in the competition. 2. If it is verified that the athlete qualification provisions have been violated, the athlete's sports team shall be disqualified, and the relevant responsible persons and units shall be held accountable in accordance with relevant regulations. 3. If an athlete (team) is disqualified from participating in the competition and the results of the competition, the results of the completed competition will not be changed, and the cancelled rankings will be replaced in turn. 4. Participants must provide a physical health certificate issued by a medical department at or above the county level (including electrocardiogram) and sign the "Event Commitment Letter" and "Racing Style and Discipline Guarantee" as required. 5. "Personal Accident Insurance" covering the participating event and the entire competition period (including departure and return) (the insurance claim amount is not less than 300,000).
(3) The age of the athletes shall be subject to the second-generation ID card, and the representative qualifications shall be determined by the sports bureau of the participating city in accordance with the relevant regulations reported to the provincial sports bureau.
Incentives
(1) Trophies and certificates will be awarded according to the ranking, and gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 at the same time. (2) Awards will be given according to the actual number of participating teams (people). (3) Strictly abide by the "Regulations on the Management of the Style and Discipline of the First National Fitness Competition", and award the Sports Ethics and Fashion Award to the teams that abide by the spirit and morality of sportsmanship and have no violation of the style and discipline and violations of discipline and law.

Arbitration Committee and referees
(1) The members and referees of the Arbitration Committee shall be uniformly selected by the Organizing Committee. (2) Each team of five provinces and one city in East China shall select one referee at or above the national level with the team. (3) The composition and scope of duties of CIETAC shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations of CIETAC.

(1) Participants shall pay for their own transportation, accommodation, insurance and other expenses, and the location of accommodation shall be arranged by the organizing committee. (2) Room and board expenses: 460 yuan per person, and the insufficient part shall be borne by the conference. (3) During the work of technical officials, referees and staff, the organizing committee will bear the relevant expenses such as accommodation, transportation, and work subsidies.
Complaint
If an athlete disputes the referee's ruling, the team leader shall submit a written appeal to the Arbitration Committee within 30 minutes after the announcement of the competition results, and pay an appeal fee of 1,000 yuan (the appeal fee will be refunded for winning the case, and the appeal fee for losing the case will be submitted to the Organizing Committee), and the judgment of the Arbitration Committee shall be the final ruling.
Doping and gender checks
Doping inspection and punishment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Anti-Doping Committee of the Chinese Olympic Committee. Gender is checked according to the documents provided in the registration.
