According to the China Execution Information Disclosure Network, on May 14, Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Evergrande Real Estate) added 4 new pieces of information on the person subject to execution, with a total of nearly 540 million yuan. Some of the cases subject to enforcement also include Evergrande Real Estate Group Jinan Real Estate Co., Ltd., Yixing Shengyao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., etc., and the enforcement courts are Longgang Municipal People's Court and Zunhua Municipal People's Court.
Tianyancha risk information shows that Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has 730 pieces of information on persons subject to execution, with a total amount of more than 59.4 billion yuan. In addition, the company also has a number of consumption restriction orders, judgment defaulters (lai) and final case information.
According to the "Report on the Interim Trustee Management Affairs of Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. Involving Major Litigation and Failure to Pay Off Due Debts" disclosed by Evergrande Real Estate on April 2, according to the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network, as of the end of February 2024, Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has added 141 pieces of information to be executed as of the previous announcement, with a total amount of 2.492 billion yuan. As of the end of February 2024, Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has 16 more shares of its subsidiaries and shareholding companies frozen as the person subject to execution, compared with the deadline set out in the previous announcement.
At the same time, Evergrande Real Estate revealed that as of the end of February 2024, the number of pending litigation cases with a target amount of more than 30 million yuan by the issuer totaled 2,147, and the total amount of the subject matter was about 523.791 billion yuan. As of the end of February 2024, the issuer had accumulated outstanding debts due to approximately RMB320.305 billion, and as of the end of February 2024, the issuer's overdue commercial bills had accumulated approximately RMB204.125 billion.
