Break through the "nerve endings" of the grassroots emergency management system

The successful handling of this fire accident is the epitome of Qiantang's comprehensive grassroots emergency management system. At present, Qiantang is in a critical period of large-scale development and construction, and to ensure safe development, Qiantang shoulders a "heavy burden". With the responsibility on its shoulders, Qiantang has continuously consolidated the grassroots management mechanism, standardized the operation of the district-level "1+12" safety committee and special committee, and improved the working mechanism of "the district safety committee co-ordinates the general and the special committees coordinate at different levels".
