The Anpan Expressway Civil Engineering Bid 1 undertaken by China Railway Sixth Bureau is located at the starting point of the project, with a total length of 18.985 kilometers, a construction estimate of 1.954 billion yuan, and a contract period of 4 years. The construction content involves subgrade engineering, bridge engineering, housing construction engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and other specialties. The bid section involves a total of 2,316 acres of land acquisition in 5 townships and towns in Puding County, 80 houses demolished, 8 power relocations of 110 thousand volts and above, 1 cross-China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline, 3 high-speed pipelines, 1 railway, and 7 urban main roads. After the project is opened to traffic, it will encrypt the expressway network in the western region of Guizhou, enhance the comprehensive transportation capacity of the Shanghai-Rui corridor, and closely connect the regional tourism resources and the towns along the Puding route, which is of great significance to enhance the land transportation hub of Guizhou.
The flag leads the cohesion and strength. The project department adheres to the overall leadership of the party, strengthens party building, strictly implements the "first issue" system, fully implements the "party building +" project, steadily promotes the construction of "happy home", and carries out a series of activities such as "Anpan online party flag is red, key projects are pioneers", "emancipate the mind, strengthen management, improve understanding and create benefits", "90 days of the war" and other series of activities, and set up a party member safety responsibility area and a party member efficiency demonstration post to promote the deep integration of party building and construction and production, and build party building projects.
It has successively created a number of firsts in the whole line, such as the drilling of the first pile foundation of the whole line, and won the first place in the credit evaluation of Anpan Project Company in the first half of 2023, the first place in the comprehensive evaluation of the labor competition in the second quarter of the Anpan Headquarters of China Railway Development and Investment, and won the "four-star happy home" of China Railway Sixth Bureau.
Safety first, green development. Focusing on the construction of intrinsic safety, the project department strengthens the study and implementation of the system, strictly implements the safety grid, the leadership team of the key parts of the project and the "whistleblower" system, vigorously carries out activities such as safety risk source identification, safety emergency drills, safety education and training, and pre-class speeches, establishes and improves the safety management and control systems of full-time safety management personnel, group security personnel, and Qing'an posts, comprehensively strengthens safety production management, and builds safe projects. The project department implements the construction requirements of "green Anpan", compiles the "Safety and Quality Soil and Water Conservation Management Measures", establishes a leading group for water and soil conservation of the project, improves the soil and water conservation management system, and improves the ecological restoration speed and protection intensity by reducing mountain excavation, dredging of river channels, centralized storage of surface humus, greening under bridges, compliance management of production waste residue, and "excavation level, protection level, greening level, drainage facilities connection level" and other comprehensive treatment measures such as roadbed slope, so as to improve the speed of ecological restoration and protection intensity, and make every effort to build a green and environmentally friendly construction site.
Innovation-driven, quality first. Guided by the "Quality Power", the project department will make every effort to promote the construction of the "Ping An Centennial Quality Project". Before the subgrade is filled, do a good job of clearing and rolling the original ground, and strictly implement the construction process of "plugging the rod and hanging the line, drawing the grid filling" in the process, and the high fill adopts the impact rolling and strong compaction reinforcement measures, and the slope is carried out with the construction of the edging soil. In order to improve the overall appearance quality and construction progress of the culvert, the integral mobile trolley, the cap "L" shaped shaped steel mold, and the settlement joint caulking paste were adopted. The culvert backfill strictly controls the particle size and layered thickness of the filler, and the waterproof board is protected by 20cm fine sand backfill to ensure the construction quality. The bridge pile foundation adopts the "ring cutting method", the use of special pier stud reinforcement binding platform, drip maintenance and leakage reinforcement sleeve PVC pipe rust prevention and other measures to ensure the solid and appearance quality of pier stud. The project department builds a standardized component factory to concentrate on the production of small components to ensure the physical beauty of the components. The temporary construction of the precast beam yard starts from the details, and sets up the roof and web reinforcement binding tire frame, transverse partition, negative moment tooth plate positioning frame, concrete pouring trolley and construction platform, and uses non-embroidered steel plate to make the base plate and template panel to ensure the appearance quality of the beam plate.
