On the morning of May 15, the Hanjiang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized a work deployment meeting on "rectifying the problems of property companies encroaching on the public income, income and distribution of owners, and effectively safeguarding the interests of owners".
The meeting reported on the recent fire safety investigation and remediation of electric bicycles in the property management area of Hanjiang District; Explain and deploy the property management work plan of Hanjiang District, and clarify the target measures, remediation content, time nodes, and division of responsibilities.
Hanjiang District will work together with multiple departments to implement the three 100% goals of property management rectification: that is, the quarterly publicity rate of the public income of the property community will reach 100%; 100% of the property community has set up a special public revenue account; 100% of the property service enterprises found to have occupied the public space of the community without authorization and changed the use of property service buildings. Solve the existing thorny and stubborn problems in the property industry for the masses, consolidate the results of rectification work, and improve the happiness index of residents.
