Not enough time
It takes time to do any project, but everyone's time is limited.
A lot of people spend 8 or 10 hours a day on one project and don't necessarily get one thing right, while you don't have to spend a lot of time on three or four projects.
The direct consequence of this is that each project does not take enough time and is not deep, resulting in yourself being unprofessional, and ultimately blaming yourself for bad luck or the project is not good.

There is not enough manpower
To do any project, we need human input.

Some teams of three or two people will take care of one or the other.
And some teams have more projects and more people, and the pressure on funds is greater.

2. If you spend 2 million on the same project, you spend 2 million on 4 projects, and others spend 2 million on one project to do marketing and make products, how do you compare?
3. You spend 2 million on four projects, each project only has one chance, but others have 5 chances of failure or even 10 chances of failure in one project.
Many people don't do well because the cost of trial and error is too high, there are too few opportunities, and even if some lessons are learned, it is difficult to start all over again.

Not enough accumulation
It took three months to make lo-mei, another half a year to make Douyin, and another four months to make idle fish without supply.
In three or five years, the popular projects in the market have been done all over again.
But you didn't accumulate, you gave up after three or five months, and you didn't even touch the door of the industry.
Ask yourself, how do you compare doing one year with others doing three or five years?

Not enough trust
Why do many people learn a lot, but they can't change it? You can't sell a course, and others don't want to believe you when you sell your own products.
The core reason is that you do too little, there is no accumulation, no results, no influence.
Why are there many offline brands called time-honored brands, century-old stores, which can be made into brands, and even whether it is Taobao, Douyin, Kuaishou, or Xiaohongshu, as long as you go up and open a store, you can sell goods.
Isn't it the good reputation accumulated over the years and the trust of users?
Why do many people have to register as experts and go to see old Chinese medicine doctors, why don't they ask people who have worked for half a year or a year.
Why some people would rather walk an extra kilometer or two, or even a dozen kilometers at the beginning, have to go somewhere to buy something, the same is true.
It's important to take the time to consistently build your own walls in an area. Otherwise, even if it is cheap, users will not dare to buy it.

There will always be money to be made
On the topic and opportunity to make money, there are always new platforms, new models, new projects, new technologies, and I would like to give you three suggestions.
a. Try more when you are young
Not everyone knows what they have to do when they grow up, and some even don't know what they want to do until they are in their thirties or forties.
So we can do try more opportunities, but instead of trying all the time, we give ourselves time, such as the first three years, the first five years after graduation.
If you really can't do it, find a job first, work hard for five or ten years, and maybe you will become an expert in this field.
b. Sure to fail
When you try to do a project in the early days, you are bound to face many failures.
But you know, this is the norm.
Because you don't understand it in the first place, and you don't have the natural resources, it's enough to succeed once.
Don't be afraid of failure, every failure is an accumulation of experience, and it proves that a previous decision was wrong.
Don't let the failure lead to another project.
c. Try to focus more
When you've spent three, five, or even 10 years trying to do all sorts of messy projects, I hope you can calm down and start anew.
You have to know that there are always opportunities to make money, and every project has people who make money, and there will be people who are constantly advocating it.
What you need is to stay focused, spend all your resources, connections, and funds on a project, and continuously adjust your products, decisions, services, and processes to improve your success rate.
